Anyone who's that ambitious is going to be a bit tiring to be around or a royal PITA. There are some gifted academics I met in school; but it was draining sometimes to be around them as they made me feel like a lowly parameseum by comparison.

Congrats to the happy couple! Every tub has a lid afterall...

on tmz (take it for what it's worth) they said that everything he had in his bank account up until the day he got married is his and his alone. so that 19 mil is all his. they were talking about how it was strategically done, he waited for the company to go public and got his money before he got married.

This. She stood by while he was making enemies & little money, yet she isn't entitled to the $19B? Legally, it might be fair but it doesn't scream Prince Charming.

Is that how it works in California? Here you split everything fifty fifty regardless of when it was earned/who earned it.

Right. She's not entitled to HIS money. Besides, she just graduated med school and is going to become a pediatrician. She has her own well paying career so she would be perfectly fine if they split. She doesn't strike me as the type who would care about his money regardless.

They look so vanilla and boring. I mean that in the sweetest way. I'm always intrigued at how low-key the other half is, while folks who can't rub 2 nickels together go all out with what they can't afford.
