Hi All, I have definitely given extensive feedback to Marco...myself and my assistant spent an entire day photographing problems and communicating to him the issues and concerns. He has been very helpful and is working to fix some of the issues. As for the pink bags, we decided not to order anymore as it's too hard to get the dye variation as even as desired. He has expressed that the dye process involves a time consuming hand washing type process, which is the main contributor to the price of the bag. I will continue to give feedback and work with Marco accordingly.
You should ask him to make the handles on the medium a little shorter! :p ;)

Yes, i love my small black MT & i would have added another Small MT in a different color but the price is really holding me back. Everytime i think about getting another 1, i always think that i can just add this much to get the more recognized high end bag such as LV, Balenciaga, PS1 & more.

So, i'll just wait for ****** or AA to have any sales on what i want, but I will not pay over $500 again.

Thanks Erica and MJ and dlynn for clarifying :-).

It's reasuring to hear everyone's feedback is valuable and directed by Erica and her team straight back to the designers themselves: that makes a huge difference to producing a good bag as opposed to a great bag!

My Tan Med Marco Tag with Gold Hardware arrived today - I was so worried about everyone's concerns on this thread that I worked myself into a total lather about it :smile1:

It arrived this morning, and I whipped it out to check her out.. love it, please don't shorten the length of the handles, or I'll get gangrene from carrying it on my shoulder from the handles. Colour is wonderful, leather is unlined but thicker than my Bals, and the generous inner pocket with the wide-zipped mouth is fabulous.

I'd just suggest adding a weight distributor on the strap, to alleviate pinched nerves in the shoulder, and to make it more comfortable for all-day stretches.

Just noticed also that the flap at the bottom of my bag is coming off at the corners, so I've glued it back down with some leather glue I already have.

Other than that, I think I got really lucky with this one. Don't know how to post pictures, so if one of you lovely ladies is particularly keen to see it at home, I will be very happy to email pictures to you (just PM me your preferred email address)... then if you wish, you are very welcome to post the shots, or not :D

I totally agree with you about the stress part. When I go ga-ga over a scratch or a scuffing of the corner, I tell myself this is the last time I am paying a lot for a bag! But of course that is not happening.

You had to glue a brand new leather bag back together? At this price point? I think I'll pass.

And here it is bigger - I like the color!
