I agree about the handles. I am wondering if I had better purchase a black Medium now before the handles change. I like the idea of the re-positioned strap, but not the handle length. What to do... :thinkin:

It's a dilemma.

That's why I suggested (several pages back now) that he makes an in-between size that would accommodate the larger straps without compromising the "look."

that's just what i was thinking too. i'm worried the longer handles is gonna change the look of it. better get off my butt and just order it.

I have been looking at these bags for a while and I decided to take the leap. I just pre-ordered the China Blue with the Silver Hardware. I am a blue junkie, so I can't wait to see this with the longer strap on the side vs the back of the bag. :D

Took her out today, I love carrying it by the handles to be honest and I am pretty much convinced this style isn't meant to be carried messenger or crossbody style... looks too boxy for that, even though it is way slouchier than the Hermes Birkin.

The bag looks great on you. I have it in black/silver med.
I love carrying mine. The bag photographs great. All the pics I see look great. I hope that's how it looks to people when I'm walking around and have it on my arm. ;)

Here is a pic of the re-design...color shown is NOT China Blue...it's just a random color sample. 2" have been added here for clearance and the strap is attached to the sides. I don't think it makes the bag look funny, but I think it still needs another inch or 2 to really fit comfortably over the shoulder and MT had the same suggestion. I will see for myself when I visit the showroom in a few wks and make a decision with his designer...

Thanks for posting! Personally, I'd prefer longer straps like MK Olsen's bag. I'm tall, and I feel like the shorter straps look funny on me...even when held on the crook of my arm. I preordered with the hopes that it will fit on my shoulder with the handles. So I really hope MT makes the handles a little longer.

How is the strap on the sides VS the back of the bag? Thanks for the pics!
