I need to stop coming on here. i want this bag!!! It looks amazing on all of you. I have to say I was on the pre order at AA for a Large but canceled when the order was pushed up because I wanted the bag for vacation. I am glad i canceled the large because I really think it would have been to big. I love the medium!!!

you're lucky you canceled the large, liz. it looks ginormous. were you able to get your deposit back? maybe you can use it towards their february shipment.

The bag is great, the leather is so soft and we both just love it. I am awaiting the delivery of a 2nd bag: anthracite with SHW. I think they are due in this week!

I originally ordered the anthracite with shw but switched to the black. I was a little worried that there would be brown undertones to the anthracite and I couldn't tell from HG bags swatches what the color was like.

Yes, I did get my deposit back. They were very nice about it. I ordered it because they said it would be in the end of November and I wanted it for vacation in December and when I knew it wasn't going to arrive and got something else. You are right though. Thank god i canceled it. The large looks just way to big. I think I could knock someone out carrying that around. haha I am thinking of getting a medium from Erica.

I picked up my medium black with silver from HG Bags from the PO today! It is a great bag, I love it so far. I'm still slightly concerned that people will think I am carrying a fake Birkin because the hardware is so similar, but I still love it! I think I want a purple too

gear girly, If an Olsen twin that can afford any bag in the world would tote this bag to death, I'm sure you won't have any qualms about wearing it. The Birkin style is beautiful and classic but the leather is stiff as a board. Slouchy/ smooshy leather is totally in. For example, your wishlist contains one of the smooshiest/lightest leather on the market. Hope you enjoy your new bag, and get your Bbag soon!

Hi girls, I rec'd my medium black with SH from Erica (******) several days ago. Can I just say that I LOVE this beautiful, slouchy bag???!!! I can carry this bag the same way that I carry my 05 black Balenciaga city and work. I can throw it around - put it in the grocery cart - sling it into my car across my center console. It is slouchy and great looking.
Though I'm still a certifiable Balenciaga addict, this is a great bag for me to take to college basketball games. I don't have to worry like I do with my Bal bags (except for my super dark Bal bags).
I didn't realize how careful I had become about putting my Balenciagas down in a particular way. I'm not sure what kind of leather the MT is, or how it is treated, but it seems that it is quite impenetrable. I wouldn't purposely spill a hot drink on it, but I feel quite certain that if something did spill on it, a quick wipe off would work.
I'll try to get my DD to take a photo.
