So that may mean it wasn't a big seller and went to TJ Max fairly quickly? I think it's pretty cool myself.
I've never seen it here. Both times I've seen these was from a seller in Japan. I think the gold mesh accent, especially the part woven into the handles, is pretty cool.
But man, it needs a rub down. The glazing is a dirt and smudge magnet and magnifier.
Oh, is that the large size or the medium? I just ordered mine from a Japanese seller, it is a brown medium (not sure of the official color name). I'll post when I get mine!
I bet. I found one on FP, one from Rakuten, one from Oliver's Jewellers, and there was mention that one was seen on Yoogis.
Some of you lovely experts helped me identify an older Balenciaga style called the Metallica a few weeks ago. I ended up purchasing one for what I think is a fairly reasonable price (at least compared to what everyone else was charging) and condition. She arrived today, and I'm in love! The color is this deep chocolately brown that is slightly iridescent in the light.

I've seen a few City bags in a Runway TJ Maxx. (Maybe 5 years ago.) Can't remember if it was Black or Anthra and exactly how past season it was. All I remember was how dry and thin the leather felt- I was carrying my Vert Gazon Work and there was just no comparison.
Mine is the large size. I couldn’t use the medium. I need the large one to carry my laptop and to wear over the shoulder.
Now did you do that?? Did you paint it or sew it on?
BTW, the Metallica logo was hand designed by James Hetfield when he was in his late teens. Balenciaga has copied that font on its wares as well.
It’s sewn on, we cut apart a t shirt.
DD is a huge Metallica fan.
Not sure, is there an easy way to tell the difference? It is incredibly soft I can say.
