I am super hypothyroid and my hair has gotten so wimpy, too! Thank goodness I have really thick hair to begin with, but it is so much thinner than it used to be. I still have my thyroid, but it does nothing, so I don't even know why I have it, anyway. I think a bob would look great. A really great shampoo is Sunsilk Anti-Flat. It really gives your hair a boost and makes it look thicker and fuller. It's super cheap, too!
I had long hair all thru my 20's soi am overt it for myself personally. I love changing it up! Plus jenny mccarthy rocks it and it just looks so sexy and sharp! I will def do a before and after for ya'll!
omfg--the last sentence of that just made me burst out into hysterical laughter. Crotch swatting is now my new favorite phrase

see what i mean! it's like if i can finally get it past the stage of a 'haircut shape' im fine...but when i had like a pixie cut i was constantly cutting it, and now with my bob it's the same. must be perfect. must be straight...then i get angry at it being all nice and perfect and wanna hack it into some crazy messy do. i think im crazy!

b, i can't wait to see your new hair cut! WOOO!!! You're going to look great no matter what but it's still so fun to see new cuts!
i am drinking my favorite new morning drink. my friend's husband is from pakistan and they make the BEST HOT TEA for us when we go over there. no matter how many times i tried, i could never duplicate it. so they told me the secret was the british tea blend (still just boxed tea bags) and to let the tea bags boil in the water for a bit, until the tea is dark. Then i add lots of splenda (they use sugar, about 2 tsp per regular-size cup) and LOTS of half and half or evaporated milk. i probably use about 4 TBL of milk. evaporated milk tastes better for some reason (and it's cheaper) and it has less fat and calories if you get the skim version!
the british tea blend is CRUCIAL. i used to be a hard-core coffee drinker and this tea has taken over!!!!

I watch the city, I do think it is fun and interesting as it is one of the places I haven't been and it intrigues me
Flu is going around here hard core...I do hope it skips my family..however the family that watches my children has had it, so I am going to need a small miracle to miss this one..

i have been woken up by our radiator making clicky clangy noises for the past 3 nights - soooo exhausted...but i'm soo excited! we're going to take a trip to a nord rack today.
they just opened in november - hopefully they have some good stuff!

dawn, that tea sounds soooo yummy. i think i've tried tea like that at restaurants. i love my tea milky and sugary! i'm from britain, so i'm partial to british teas, but it's nice to hear that others love it too!
