Mine too. So banking on the idea that this pocketed mirror bag is really an 07 chevre. Not to mention that I’ve never ever seen any agneau bag actually released in 07. With due respect to Corey. Am I to believe my lyin’ eyes?

I can tell you that there's definitely a difference between the Violet leather and all my other Balenciaga bags which are all chevre
While it doesn't feel as "plasticy" as the tempete did, it does have a different texture to it.
Lambs leather in my experience has always been buttery soft, smooshy and textured. Thats why I was so surprised/disappointed when I bought my first agneau Balenciaga bag -- the leather was nothing like lamb's leather I'd owned before.
This one actually does with the exception of the glossy finish
Also not sure you saw the tag I posted on the previous page -- they actually put those veins/texture in the bag (they're not natural)

I had not seen that tag. I have had so few post 07 bags. The few I’ve had were not veiny.. What is the world coming to? 
My grey city (05 chevre leather) is probably the closest in appearance & texture as the Violet
When you place them side by side you can see the differences & definitely feel them
The texture/veins in the grey look like they're part of the leather, but you can actually tell the texture/veins of the violet are intentionally put there (which supports whats described on the tag)
