Today, my birthday present for next month arrived from The Real Real. I had to open it and take a few pics, so here she is:

The color is absolutely di-vine! And yummy šŸ¤¤
The handles are darkened but I think I will send her to the spa for those. It doesnā€™t have the mirror, and I admit I forgot to check about it in the listing before ordering it. Oh well, the color and the leather are too gorgeous to mind the missing mirror.

And when it wasnā€™t deep snow or lots of mud after rains and such, I was wearing only those. The over-the-knee part could come down to have a kind of a knee-high boot, looking almost like musketeers boots, just in camel. The suede was so soft and yummy. Unfortunately, I cannot fit in them after having my second child so I left them to my mom. All the suede pumps and other suede skirts and whatnotā€¦ they were all for my size before kids LOL. Now, I have to rebuild my suede wardrobe for the new size. šŸ„¹

I am jealous on your weather there, and so is my daughter. Weā€™ve had enough of heat, dry heat, drought, etc. We both would like to live in a weather similar to what you describe. So we could wear all our winter stuff, because here we cannot wear them unless we go to the mountains, and that probably only during December-January.

OMG I had musketeers suede boots for an entire decade ā€¦and wore them always knee high and had a suede skirt which looked on me like I was an auntie, so I took scissors and cut the underskirt short and bottom of the suede skirt into long fringes and the skirt and I both became alive, with fringes flying when I walked. I met my husband of 32 years now, in those boots and skirt and he was wondering how strange I looked in those in the ocean of girls who were all dressed the same šŸ˜‚ completely different ā€¦.then I would go full grunge ā€¦.so nowadays, just like when I was younger, I am mostly in Docs , all colors possible..my students love that look and always compete with me for the newer graphic design of Docs. I donā€™t have musketeer boots anymore šŸ˜¢, but few beauties I have I keep in the box. One gorgeous pair knee high Bebe in camel with low block suede heel and a pair of Prada knee high suede in black which are both tight stretch tight. Never have a chance to go anywhere nice like that. Canada is low key, concerts and events are all loose, feels awkward when dressed up, so all what is left to make me feel special are my bags.
