I owned the Blixa pumps and I ordered a 38 and I am a 7.5

If you are talking Campari, I found them TTS. I wear an 8, and these were a 38. If you are talking Blixa, I found I am actually 37.5. Kinda depends on your feet, I suppose!

I have a few pairs of the Camparis, and usually I wear my exact size in MBs but I did size up 1/2 size for these. I found them to be more comfortable since I have wide feet.

I recently purchased the silver Sedaraby in size 39 and it fits perfectly. What size would I need in a closed pump, such as the Campari? Should I purchase 39 or 39.5? Do the sandal styles tend to fit TTS, or somewhat short? I'm US 8.5. Unfortunately I don't have a retailer nearby, or I would try on several styles for fit.

For me, Manolos run TTS. I have the classic pointy toe pumps and lots of sandals and they are all 36s. I would stick to your regular size and get the 38.5 or 39.

I wear a 35.5 in Sedaraby and a 36 in Campari.

Every MB shoe I've owned has been a 6.5 with the exception of Campari. I went to a 7 for comfort (I have 2 pair in the patent leather style). But I do have wide feet.

Thanks to you all! Sounds like I should be shopping for 39.5 in the pump styles. I have several pairs of LV shoes, but browsing through these gorgeous MB and CL styles could be the start of a new obsession...

Yes I agree. I have both styles and the Campari is half a size larger than Sedaraby for me.

Same here. I'm always a 37.5 in all Manolos, but I've found that any d'Orsay cut shoes or the sedarabys run a half size smaller, so I take a 37 in those.

When you've nailed down the "formula" on your MB size, you are allllllll set! The great thing about Manolos is that he apparently uses a standard last. Louboutins are tougher... Louboutin uses four different lasts, so I end up wearing anywhere from a 36.5 to a 38 in CLs. They're much more difficult to purchase without trying on first.

Hi Ladies, I need HELP with Manolo sizing!

I bought these from BG.com a couple of months ago on sale and love them a lot. I am usually a size 37 with other brands like BV, Chanel and Dior. BG.com suggested that MB shoes run small and should go half a size up. Well, this beauty was 38, but I figure I can use foot petals. And so I did and they fit well, still a little big sometime but not to the extend that it will slip out:

These are my only MB, and so I thought, maybe I am like a 37.5 in MB?

Now, I am very tempted to buy these 3 pairs online (attached pics). But after reading more and more threads on MB sizing, I am very confused now.

For each of these styles, do you think I will need a 37 or 37.5? For the d'orsay, I read that ppl may need to size down, or at least no need to size half size up, so will a 37 fit me?

I love all these 3 pairs, but it seems that the two snakeskin pairs only have it in 37....will 37 fit in those 2 styles??

IMO based on what you've said and how Manolos fit me, I would say:

1. 37
2. 37 or 37.5
3. 37.5 or 38

Thanks! For the Carolyne, which is my favorite out of these 3, I have read that they run even smaller than other MB styles, so would a 37 even fit me? I am so worried as I don't think I can return if they don't fit.....
