Be careful with the birthday card. Every time my spouse mentions my burthday, the result is an expensive suggestion which is not a QB. He has stopped asking at birthdays or for occasions and I have been fortunate to get a number of quote bags.

I don’t think u should immediately jump to the conclusion that you have not spent enough, especially if you are in the US. It could really precisely mean that your length of time as a customer is not long enough yet.

Sorry to be blunt, but Birthdays and anniversaries are really not a thing anymore. When we was in Hawaii last year for our wedding anniversary, I was told that I could get a qb next anniversary instead of this one. Lol…

Because this HAS happened to me before!! And it was from my favorite SA who I know knows who I am! I'm sure he was just reading a text from me, had it open without realizing it (we've all done that before), then sent the next text accidentally to me. It was about an item I did not ask for and he named the person he actually meant to send it to so I know it was just a misfired text. Anyways we had a good laugh about it.

LOL, this happened to me but with a random SA. I was shocked when I walked in, this SA was so excited to see me. Said “I have a bag for you!” and took me right upstairs. Opened a brand new Lindy 26 in Etoupe PHW to show me and I said I’ll take it. When he opened my profile, he panicked and asked, “You’re not Diana?!” to which I replied, “When did I ever say I was Diana?” His mistake, my gain. I walked out with a new bag that day.

As covid SIP was loosening up, I came in for an appointment. Back then, SAs rotated door duty. Every one was still wearing masks. On that morning, he was assigned to open at the door, and he asked, who are you here to see without really looking at me. I say, —-, is that you? He was so embarrassed lol. We still chuckle about it. Yes, poor Diana. I've seen posts from people who say their SA told them there was a bag for them, but then when they got there, the bag was no longer available!! And we dissect what possibly could've happened and what they might or might not have done wrong to "screw up" this relationship lol... and maybe it was just because their SA got the wrong person!!! And maybe that SA felt so bad he got Diana something amazing to make up for it!!
