Does anyone else here feel that one-shot, expensive purchases are much more effective for getting offers than smaller purchases spread out over a longer period of time? In my experience, I will get one or several offers almost immediately after springing for, say, a leather coat or fine jewelry with diamonds, but my SA will be slower to offer something if I spend roughly the same amount on more incremental purchases like shoes or lower-priced RTW. Not sure if I'm getting "played" or if this is the new H way during these stock shortages. (FYI, I'm based in the US.)
Curious, when you say “almost immediately” what timeframe do you mean?

Either at the same time of the purchase or within a few weeks if I turn it down. Basically, it seems sometimes my SA does not keep a lookout for the bags on my wishlist over the long term - I need to come in, make a big purchase to get access to an offer (something close to but not exactly from my wishlist), repeat.
Although maybe I'm just impatient

How does the same time thing work? Isn’t it awkward/embarrassing for the SA to be like oh actually I DO have something to offer you! Right after you say you will buy a high ticket item? Haha

Hi! Depends on SA, but they may go look “again” and find a bag that is being held for someone else and they can call that client and and client passes on bag. SA may then come back to show you a picture of the box so that you know it is there for the taking and ask if you would be interested - subject to manager approval of course.
All I know is there is very limited stock, but there are bags.

edited to add: offer by SA may be made after you paid for the item, not necessarily during discussions regarding high value item.

Ikr? It makes me feel a little awkward too lol. The bags aren't the exact same ones as those on my wishlist - so it's more like like "oh, we just received this, it's not exactly xyz but do you want to take a look at it?" The offers are for pretty desirable bags though (k25/b25, mini lindy), so idk if my store's stock is really so low that this is all they have.

What's you experience in working towards your second/next QB offer? I've just picked up my first K25, is it too soon to bring up my preferences for my next bag? Is my first wish still standing or should I put a new wish down?

I think I've taken the biggest hurdle but I'm not sure how to proceed from here. My SA ordered a couple of items (avalon pillows, rodeo, tableware) for me so I'm planning to visit him regularly. I'm in for the long haul and not just only for the QB's . TIA!
After they give you your first QB, the succeeding ones should be "easier". You can ask your SA if you can update your wish list with her. Then you can remind her politely whenever you go to H to purchase items or text her about it too once in a while.

In my observation, they want someone with purchases spread out through time and in different categories. SA always say..patience is an important key in H. Loyalty too is rewarded. But we all know too from this site that buying from certain categories can help "speed up the process" of a client acquiring a QB.

Hi all. Can anyone shed light on approximately how long it can take for an order placed from another store to be shipped to you? My SA made an order from another store which I already paid for via payment link but haven’t received it. Suppose to be shipped to my home. Thanks to anyone who may know

Usually it takes a day or 2 for the other store to pack and ship out. If you are signed up for Fedex notifications in the US, Hermes uses Fedex so you can get notifications online when a package is coming to you.

A couple of times there was an issue with the order from the other store so it took longer, check in with yours SA if it’s been exceedingly long just to make sure everything is still as planned

Same as others, took a week for a successful transfer.
One other time it took longer and that time there was a mix-up and my order was refunded (or rather I ordered something else later).

Hi. Usually a couple of days. Same as when I place orders at store. I just placed an order this past Saturday and received it Wednesday.
