Just reach out & call the store & make an appointment as suggested.
You have reached out more than what would be sufficient, IMO.
Perhaps you can look for the sandals on H.com & not feel uncomfortable about going into
the store & running into your former SA but that would not deter me.. There are clients
that are sensitive to finding a new SA especially if it is a small store & under the circumstances
that you have shared
Just remember, that you are the client & the experience should be pleasing to you

I just think you should try & build a relationship with a new SA & go from there.
There are never any guarantees with quota bags & whatever else you might want,
but you have to start somewhere differently now

Hi everyone,

i have a question. I’ve tried to build a relation with this SA at my home store and bought from her 3 times. Sandals, scarfs, wallets, jewelry. 2 times i called the store to have an appointements with her and another time i dropped by and she had 15 min for me. I texted her few times to inquire few items. She is either never responsive or just say she will tell me if she sees it. I texted her again because i want to buy 2 pairs of sandals for the summer and she is not responsive again. She reads it but doesnt reply. Should i just call the store to book with another SA. It feels like i wont be able to have a relation here and get items that i would want to buy. Because of covid i need to book an appointment to go in store.
let me know your experience.

thank you so much

You have to read and accept the signs.
'She is not responsive.'
In any other situation how long would you normally keep on trying meet someone who does not respond?
If your store is open for walk in customers, just do that and deal with whoever will attend to you.
If you have to make an appointment try to avoid saying who has served you previously - you don't know or can't remember - and take whoever they will give you.

Hi everyone, I have a dilemma and I need your opinion.
I started my H journey back in July of last year at my local boutique. At my first appointment, the SA who is a sales manager, asked for my wish list right away and I purchased an evelyne TPM and a twilly. I was also interested in a pair of shoes and the SA said she had to order them in. When my shoes arrived at the boutique, the SA asked me to come in and she also offered a Birkin 25 gold, verso. Needless to say, I took the offer and our relationship started then. Since then, I bought a picotin 18, another evelyne, belts, twillies, men wallet and rodeo. She then went on a maternity leave and I started working with another SA. This SA is new to the boutique. He is also very nice and sweet. Within the last 4-5 months, he offered me a Constance Togo, Kelly Danse, Constance 18, Evelyne mini and most recently, he offered me an SO. This is where my dilemma comes in. My original SA is now back from her maternity leave. Do I leave the new SA who just offered me an SO and go back to her? Or do I stick with the new SA? The original SA has been there for 10 years, so I'm sure she has a lot of clients. So I think I would prefer staying with the new SA. But, how do I say it to her? Or do you think I should go back to the original SA? Honestly, they both are great. I don't mind shopping with either one. Thank you for your inputs.

How did you know your SA was back? Did she email or call you? Have you been in contact with her?

i think you have 2 great choices here, both SM & SA made great offers to you within a short period of time.
it is all depending on what you want to get our of your H relationship i guess. If you are only after quota bags or SO, i would think a direct relationship with SM will be better. If I was in your situation, i would just directly have a conversation with your SM since your 2nd SA reports to them and how they want to handle that.

I would likely wait until my next request and then email them both on the TO line. “Hi Bill and Susan! I wasn’t sure who to contact but I’d really like to purchase a pair of Gold Orans. Does the store have any available in my size 37? Please let me know.” This should prompt them to figure out between the two of them, in private, who will continue to be your SA and then which ever one replies, go from there.

Thank you for your input. Do SAs report to sales manager or store manager? I'm not sure what is her role as a sales manager. I'm grateful to have two great SAs :)

Great idea. I will definitely consider this. Thank you :)

oh prob my misinterpretation.. i thought you mean store manager by SM abbreviation.
TBH I am not clear of the store structure. My SA is a "Sale supervisor" but I know she needs to get approval from the store director when I make certain purchases.. and that process is just specific to that store based on what she told me.
