Ok .. today I went back to the boutique to pick up my Collier de Chien bracelet that my SA had scored for me.
When installed, she told me that she had a surprise for me!!

She went back with the orange box.
She unboxed it and I met my Birkin 30 togo Etain with Rose Gold Hardware.
I was so happy - couldn't realize it was true.

My SA prepared the bag for me, showing me the Clochette etc, I tried it, I was so happy, the smell of the leather was divine, the Etain color was perfect, the Rose Gold Hardware was shiny and so beautiful!

And then I saw the cracks.
On the strap.
.
.
.
My SA immediately called the Store Manager. The bag was declared "Invendable" - unsellable.
Next step for my B30: destruction.

I think that my SA was wayyy more disappointed than I was. Her face was so sad.
She said that the boutique was waiting for another exact same bag and of course she will reserve it for me.
But the fact is, we don't know when.

Ok - c'est la vie - I'm gonna wait

Omg that’s so diassaponting! But it sounds like your SA will make it right. Hope that order comes in sooner than later. Did you originally want black with RGHW?

Wow how bad were the cracks?

I live in Poland and I buy H stuff in Berlin. There was no polish H store before. You can imagine my happiness when I read they are opening one in my country. Just 2,5 h hour drive from me. The first H store!! So I bought few things in this Berlin store, including one B bag. And my SA told me she can offer me another one. But now as I heard about this new store I want to start buying from here! It's much easier, no currency exchange, no weekend trip. Plus I think maybe in Poland not so many H clients as in Berlin, so a client is more appreciated? What should I do, stick to my SA or change the store??

Very hard to say. It seems like you have a great existing relationship with your current SA in Berlin, who has offered you 2x Birkins already. If you switched to Poland, you will need to rebuild a new relationship, and it might never be as good as your current one. Things like stock levels in the new Polish shop are also unknown right now.

If I were in your shoes, I'd go check out the new H store in Poland first. Chat with the SAs there, and try to get a general idea on what stock is like, and whether they have quota bags. Ask them if they are able to see your purchasing history in the Berlin store. See if you click with any of the SAs there before coming to a decision. Good luck.

Hi. I'm Polish as well (though shopping at H in London). Don't want to be negative but wonder how much of the limited (?) K/B/C will be snatched by Polish celebs and wealthy ladies (though you might be one of them, I'm certainly not lol). My sceptical attitude comes from the fact that whole Warsaw walks head to toes in the brands that are avaiblable locally (LV, Gucci) and wonder whether the ladies will turn to H to try to gain more exclusivity (certainly the case of some acquaintances from there who no longer can impress each other <lol> with Chanel).
Also, LV SA from Vitkac told me the H store is supposed to be more accessories than bags.
Fingers crossed though, I'd love to purchase my next quota bag there  - heard London is super tough and i was extremely lucky recently.

I believe it will be in the building of the Raffles Europejski Hotel, which is beautiful! Please let us know more about the boutique once it opens! :flowers: We do travel to Warsaw every year so I am excited to see the new boutique on our next visit. Sorry dear moderators, no more comments back to the topic.

Different countries, means they won’t be able to see your purchase. Or it won’t “count” anyway. As far as I know, they are still separate. So you can stick with your Berlin SA, while at the same time testing the waters in the Polish store. If it were me, I’d stick with the current SA.

I don't know what to do now really, I was hoping all the ladies have already bought all they needed somewhere else:)

I am really not sure. I'm certain the ladies who can (and travel) got their bags in Berlin, Milan or Paris but I feel there could be a new wave of people less aware of H.
I'm saying that as I have seen so much LV and Gucci (also in Warsaw's preowned places), on Youtube etc. but no Hermes (or super rarely, I'm aware the wealthy ladies would have them) so maybe people buy what's available and also don't know the H game?
In London or even my town I stumble across H bags almost of the time (not only B/K but others as well).
I'd go with the advice given by guys here - go there, try to gauge what the mood is (you might be one of the first clients). I'm actually more interested in the Berlin SA lol (looking for B as my next purchase)
