I bought a pair of sandals and my sa mailed to me. Unfortunately the size is small and I want to size up. If I go to the H store to exchange, will it affect her commission? My home store is in another State, so I couldn’t do the exchange in the same store. I don’t want to affect her commission too.

Thanks in advance

I don't think I ever considered commission re anything I've purchased. If the sandals don't fit, exchange them.

I've posted this before but I'll post it again. I'm not sure what happens with the commission but I do know that if you exchange an item, it shows in your profile as though you returned the first item and straight out bought a new item at the second store. Best to try to go back to your original SA if at all possible to maintain the relationship, imo.

Tell your SA. This happened with Chanel and I just sent it back to my SA and she exchanged for me. That way no commission is lost.

When I was at my local H store the other day, my SA was admiring my rodeo and asked me where I bought it. I accidentally let slip that I purchased it in Japan from a reseller. I was kicking myself afterwards as I know H does not like resellers at all.

Anyway, I’ve noticed that after that day, my SA has been much cooler to me when I text her instead of her usual warm personality. Have I screwed up majorly?

I think you're overanalyzing this. You've done nothing wrong. If you want something and your local store wasn't able to procure it for you, naturally you'd look elsewhere.

Hi,

My mom was in an Hermes store a few days ago. She purchased a pair of Time Loafers (this was her first purchase with Hermes and this SA). While paying for her shoes, she inquired about a specific Birkin that she would need by December as a gift. The SA wrote the info in her book and said it would not be a problem getting it as long as there is not 10+ people waiting for the same bag before her. I have done my research about buying a Birkin, in that you need to spend a certain amount and develop a relationship with a SA. I was wondering if this sounds like my mom actually stands a chance or do you think the SA will need more purchases, time, etc. Any advice is extremely helpful! Thanks in advance!

I also think it sounds very positive. Was this in NBS? It may be an idea to follow up with a thank you email and another inquiry.

How do you catch the same SA while they’re on duty?

My home store never answers the phone, the SA’s business cards don’t have emails or phone numbers and I don’t like to pop into the store unless I’m ready to buy something (not much of a browser bc I feel it wastes their time).

I’d like to build a better relationship with one SA. I’ve had great experiences with 3 from the same shop, but that’s too many I feel

Next time you have a few small items on your list you can go in and seek out a SA you like - the one you like best of the three, or the one who is available when you are. (You need to ask them which days and hours they work, if they have a set schedule that works with yours.) Then ask to make a follow up appointment for the next item you are interested in. After a while you may be able to text them as well. If you give one person your sales, they are going to encourage you to come back to them.
