Frankly speaking yes. If you wanted to strengthen odds then try to buy everything from your SA if possible, unless you cannot wait or you know it won't be ordered by your store. Good luck!

This may be a stupid question, but I am not great about reading between the lines and I hope that this is the correct thread to ask.
My SA emailed me today and said: "Please let me know if there is anything special you might be looking for one future..."
Is this an invitation to add a B, K, or C (or something rare) to my wish list or just a generic statement (like "Let me know if you need anything else. Do you have a shawl in mind?")? She just got me a K in December.

This is your SA asking you to open up to her and give her your requests. Just tell her what you’d most like, regardless of whether or not you think it’s achievable in the short term. She just wants to know what you want.

Yes! That is where I think I'm getting caught up. For example, I want an Avalon pillow to go with my throw, but that is always available in my store, so I wouldn't think of it as "special" or something to tell my SA. That is more of a "drop-in buy" that I would not think to tell my SA. That's why I was trying to figure out if this is an invitation to tell her that this year I'd like to buy a Constance and/or Kelly Pochette.

I try not to overthink things with Hermès anymore since I never know what’s going to happen. They have very polite ways to blow you off if you misunderstand what they’re asking or you ask for a bag too soon, so no worries. Prematurely asking or misinterpreting an offer won’t stop a bag from showing up when the time is right... (at least in my experience). Good luck!

I bought a pair of sandals and my sa mailed to me. Unfortunately the size is small and I want to size up. If I go to the H store to exchange, will it affect her commission? My home store is in another State, so I couldn’t do the exchange in the same store. I don’t want to affect her commission too.
