Pre-COVID they are only allowed to accept little food treats that can be shared with their co-workers. Because of COVID, nothing can be consumed on the floor. On their special Sunday events, we get a bottle Champagne and a box of chocolates but was told I could not open my bottle and drink it. Unfortunate for them because I spend twice as much after some Champagne! I was also advised that they cannot accept any food gifts right now.

Hello everyone! I am fairly new to the house and started after they reopened from covid so I was assigned an SA for my first appointment. Because of this, how does one get to know other SAs or even the SM? I feel every time I’ve went in it was just me and my SA and I don’t even get the chance to really say hi to the other staff :(

No need to sweat this or overthink this. It is not a job interview! Just enjoy shopping with your new sales associate.

There’s no need to know the other staff. Your SA is the one that needs to fight for you so being loyal and focused on that singular relationship is the way to go.

Thank you! That’s reassuring! I just read that one might want to also know the SM but I guess it doesn’t matter and it’s hard anyways for me because of the way things are structured now!

Hi, I spent 12,000 already but I haven’t got any offer for b or k. But 6,000 is from a Constance wallet to go, does this purchase count toward my b or k offer? Also the year is ending. Will all my purchase expire? Thanks!

Toronto is among the more difficult stores from what I’ve read. The Constance wallet is better than nothing but the 6,000 would have gone a lot farther in other categories. Generally, the profiles don’t reset.

Hi does that mean it will carry forward to next year? She messaged me she has a Constance wallet to go and if I’m interested. I kind a like it so I accept it.

It is a rolling spend record, which is both good and bad :smile: Just keep buying what you love as we say, and try to love some items that are harder for your SA to sell ;) Most importantly, just be an easy and nice customer. You should be ready for a wait, so if an offer you like comes sooner it will just be a bonus.

Hi everyone! I am fairly new to H and started my journey w the store in March. I have purchased several items including 2 garden parties and some various small items including scarves and shoes and was offered a B25 in August which I happily accepted — but with store closures and such i actually came home w the bag in mid September . I purchased some fine jewelry at the time of my B purchase when I was at the store. Since then, I have purchased some RTW ( actually wanted additional items but sold out in my size), men’s RTW and a blanket
I have a K28 gold on my list and haven’t heard anything ... my SA is awesome ... I heard stores can get big boosts to inventory around this time .. do you think I should ask about the K? I haven’t mentioned the bag since I put it on my wish list in September ... any advice would be appreciated!

I have posted something of that before, and it's more there is no harm in being on the good side of the SM - I feel it makes things easier. However, I've never gone out of my way to get to know an SM (besides polite chit chat), but it's their job to know the regulars.

Yes, a friendly reminder is more than appropriate. SA's have lots of clients needs to remember (especially heading into the holiday season) and sometimes a little prod is all they need.

Your SA won't submit your profile for SM consideration unless she feels confident you will be approved. She must have a bag in mind if she's preparing so this is great news! Fingers crossed :heart:

Did your SA say for what bag? Unless there was a specific bag meantioned, it seems like an odd text and, to me, it reads as “you should come buy stuff to bolster your profile if you want the SM to approve you for a bag.” But texts are difficult to translate sometimes. Let us know how it ends up! Good luck!
