My new SA just called me today, (I met her yesterday and gave her my wishlist).

She told me that she was going to receive my exact dream bag and that she has reserved it for me.

She said: "I'm so happy for you that this very bag was available, it was the last one and this combo is very hard to find. I will call you when it has arrived so you can see it. But if you do not like it, you are not forced to get it of course!"

I am just speechless... seating at my desk at work trying to resist to dance and sing :giggle:

:tup:Keep us updated! I so enjoy reading tPFers’ accounts of receiving their dream bags. It makes me all the more hopeful.

Love this :heart: so happy for you. This is how all H relationships should be. Please come back and keep us posted.. of course we will also need PICTURES!!

I met SA 1 back in March at a boutique where I use to go on weekends, and purchased a few items from her (Clic H, Twillys, home goods) before asking her THE question about my wish to acquire a Birkin 30.

She took my wishlist but I could feel some disconnection between us, her way to make me clearly understand that I would have to make all purchases from her before getting any bag offered ... I don't know it was weird. Maybe it's our age difference, she was acting like she was waaay superior than me...:whut:

Nevertheless today I went to my local city boutique (where I use to make all my purchases) and I met a very lovely young lady - and we just clicked. NOW I understand you guys when you say you have such lovely SA's.
SA 2 is just so nice and friendly and down to earth.
I was looking for the bracelet Chaines Enchainées and she was really listening to what I wanted, giving advice as well on new Carrés and how to tie etc...
I finally purchased the bracelet and a Carré Animapolis.

Then when I was checking out, I told her about my wishlist and SA 1 and the bad feeling I had with her.
Her reaction totally surprised me: she said that no SA had the right to force any customers to purchase from them, that there is no amount of money to be spent in order to get offered a dream bag (at least in my country), and that she would be delighted to have my wishlist if I feel uncomfortable with SA 1.
She was just so nice and we chatted about my wishlist, she was very open and transparent, not like SA 1 who was behaving like it was a big taboo to talk about dream bags.

I have no regrets for having changed SA. I feel so happy to have met this lovely lady today! I can now start my H Journey for good!

Omg I feel like you literally told my story!!! :rolleyes: I had such a similar experience. I also had an older SA in the beginning. She would use language, such as “as long as you work hard toward it (BKC).” She kept telling me to “work hard” in order to get what I wanted. She made me feel like crap and shame me for getting things outside of H. I just walked in one day and met my current SA. We hit it off instantly. She offered my moms (then) dream bag in a month.

So happy for you! Can’t wait to see your reveal.

I am 42 so not a « baby » customer but still I am wondering how I could let me caught into this « mother-daughter » relationship with my older SA..
