In 1982 there were only 2! LV boutiques in the US. I beleive they were in NYC and LA or NYC or Miami. I learned that from and ad form 1982.

Just 95%? Wow.. well then they've expanded their stores nationwide rather quickly.. are you sure it was 1998, and not 1988? or are you talking about the RE-opening of that particular store, after the Champ-Elysees store was opened.. and the NYC store was remodeled to look like it..

cuz from 98-07.. 8 years... and they've opened nearly 95 boutiques?? I find that a little ... incorrect, for lack of a better word.

I'm 100% sure that the south coast plaza location has been open for a lot longer than 8 years.

there is only one LV store in manila and before that filipina LV lovers would fly to hongkong, singapore and bangkok to get their LV fix. Some still do because of the cheaper price and the excuse to travel.
