   i went to LV boutique this morning to pick my LV vernies wallet .. at first no1 gave me any attention .. althought i was dressed up with my new chanel sunglasses and speedy perforation .. i stoood for 5 min's untill one SA smiled like a dead old woman who just woke up from her death .... i told her what i want ..she called another Indian SA guy who was hellllllll sweeeeeeeeeeeet and helpful .. god indian people are the most friendly ... he went and brought it .. wrapped it and even had it 4 me in a box * in dubai LV items are usually never sold with boxes ..only dust bag* ...

the dead SA came back again to the cashier to do my invoice and was somehow rude when i asked her to add my name on the pink/green new denim line ..she kept changing the subject and convincing me that its long .. and i should wait when the collection will get a bit old and be available everywhere just like the blue denim and then i CAN get one ....WELL I LOVE TO BE ONE OF THE 1ST PEOPLE WHO WILL CARRY IT .. I HATE TO BE LATE ONE .... she really pissed me offf .....and finally when she saw that i was insisiting she told me that they dont take their waiting list soo serious becuase not all people are serious when adding their names ... AM MAAAAAAD REALLLLLLLY MAAAAAAAAAAAAAD...

I also have really bad service in my country too, one day I called up to ask the price and the lady just replie the number like one one thats mean 1100, I was very angry so I called to the botique again and told the other guy that there was one lady talk to me so rude and please do something about it, but I didnt know what he did to her.

Oh, I've a really good idea for you guys, if they were rude to you just pretending thats nothing happend and smile beautifully back to them and ask them that"excuse me?, If there was a bad service who can I contact?"
I'm sure they will be really nice to you in that moment! heheehe

Even the 866 VUITTON SA's can be a pain in the ass. I called to order another Fushia Perfo Plate today and she told me that it never came in that color. So I informed her that I have had mine for weeks and use it daily....she said there is no way...then put me on hold...and came back a few minutes later to take my order. Never apologized. RUDE!

Overall I don't think I have great experiences with LV in Union Square in SF.. Maybe it's because I'm always very casually dressed and I look extremely young without lots of make ups. I had to ask for boxes everytime I made a purchase..

The ones in Palo Alto and ValleyFair (SJ) are another story. I guess not having a lot of tourists traffic means every walk-in counts, especially in silicon valley where everyone are really casual. But I feel very strongly about receiving a good service especially the money I am spending on the bag. I wouldn't buy a bag unless the SAs are nice, simply because I don't want to bring home a bag that has bad feelings attached to it. well i'm kinda silly like that because my major was marketing and i believe a successful product should be a total package, from premium design, quality to customer service.

Have you been to Santana Row just across the street from Valley Fair?! It's great!
