Ladies, just wanted to bring up this conversation I had with an eluxury rep after reading this thread, and something I've always heard about LV price increases.

Jenny: Hi Samantha, I have a question about the LV price increase, is there a specific reason why LV does a price increase every year?
Samantha: Thank you for waiting. I will be with you in just a moment.
Jenny: Thank you
Samantha: Louis Vuitton prices do increase yearly.
Samantha: This is something that is set through Louis Vuitton.
Samantha: I have been told that the price increase was due to the change in the exchange rate between the Euro and the US Dollar.

Dang! That almost $1,500 before tax and I think originally the price was $2,420?? So it's $60.00 increased!.
That makes me think more before I buy the Theda GM.:sad:

OPPS. I meant to say "That almost $2,500 before tax.." . But I wish it was the price:laugh: .

Well, I think it IS significant - we spend a fortune on these bags -The mark up is huge! money doesn't come that easy and an extra $25.00 - $30.00 makes a difference to me - when all is said and done, we want them and we buy them - how high will we go?
