Definitely either go in store to exchange or call CS, but as others have said, it's likely they will ask you to reorder as they can't replace parts only.

I purchased just 1 day (!) before the price increase at the beginning of March my Noe and was I not pleased with the handle en drawstring. So I went back to the store. The first SA immediately started to tell me the wellknown story about their items are handmade therefore product will not be 100% “perfect”.
But I still was not satisfied after this, so she called for her senior collegae. This male SA took a look on the parts and after 2 min he sad: you may exchange.

But the second Noe had a major flaw: the vachetta bottom was scratched! And it was a big one, I could not believe that they still offer that bag for sale at its price point

So I thought at that moment, I need to wait for another bag.
However, the male SA suggested me to exchange the parts with the second Noe. I said: yeah sure!! What a great idea! So at the end of the day I managed to get my perfect Noe
