I asked around in the building and no one has seen it. Could be they were lying but I won't go to hasty conclusions before I've spoken with UPS and LV. Thanks 
I hope it's just a mistake in their system.I just hate calling UPS I'm always on hold for an eternity. But I'll probably call them if LV doesn't answer me by tomorrow.
I called LV when I noticed the tracking said delivered, was on hold for 10 minutes and then they just hung up on me. So I wrote them an email but has yet to receive an answer. I thought I would wait for them to answer me but didn't expect them to take so long

Oh no!!!I actually ended up buying the pochette metis. I'm just waiting for it to arrive. UPS says it's already delivered and I contacted LV but they have not responded to me yetCan't deal too much with it right now because I have a huge deadline at work for friday, but has any of you experienced UPS losing your parcel? If so, did LVs customer service help at all or do I have to contact UPS personally?
I hope, it‘ll appear soon! This is horrific!! Every time UPS delivered a parcel, they send me an email where I can see where they put it. Didn’t you get any mail?ooooh what a day i've had....
went to LV store to collect my new empreinte key pouch- it was made in the 19th week! (the one they offered me earlier in the week was week 19 too which makes me think they just transferred it from another store as opposed to the warehouse officially). Still wasn't too happy with the empreinte quality/stitching.
In the end I decided to get a full refund. I didn't want to make a decision on the spot if I wanted to order a new one in again or just part ways with it as I am getting a bit fed up. Plus it is a little big...
Think i will get the 4 or 6 ring key holder instead- any suggestions please come my way!
The new SA was soo great, he asked if I worked at LV store before since I knew so much about the date codes lol!!

. My Empreinte key pouch holds up perfectly (though it’s just 2 weeks old) and the stitching is good too... it is bigger than the 6 key holder, both have their benefits. The 6 ring is smaller and more handy, you can let stick out just one key while the others are perfectly safe in the pocket. The Empreinte key pouch can fit more and I find it a bit more durable so far. I was really upset about how fast the 6 ring key holder showed wear and tear. After 2 years of use, the glazing was completely off on some parts. I could even stick my finder between canvas and leather. I hope the empreinte holds up better, because the leather is softer. Nonetheless I love both, I maybe just need a break from the 6 ring key holder

I just loved the zip at the back too for cards, notes and coins it was so handy! Plus the feel was really nice.
I'm thinking I may get the empreinte 6 ring key holder especially if your canvas one wore so badly after only 2 years! However again the glazing on the empreinte is such a piss take!!
Would you say you are someone who just chucked their key holder in their bag and not baby'd it at all? since i definitely won't baby a key holder i'm wondering just how long it will last in my hands...

. I used it every day, I had it in my purses, bags, in the pocket of my jeans, just everywhere. I consider the 6 ring or another key pouch as a basic commodity, made to be used. I knew it wouldn’t look brand new after 2 years, but mine was way beyond that...but maybe I wasn’t lucky with this particular key holder.My reverse PM arrived today. Its perfect

I own a 6key holder and im never really careful with it, it still looks great but i only had it for a few months. I chose the 6key instead of the 4 because you can put your cards behind the key thingie. So if i go for grocery shopping i wont need my bag with me if i have to carry a lot of grocery shopping bags
I have the mono with the brown interior colour because it has a gold button, i read that the pink closing button and the other colors easily damage or fade.
Yep im thinking to get the 6 key. I saw the mono with the gold stud (armagnac? or however you spell it) and it is so beautiful in person, much better than the fuscia. Torn between that or the empreinte in scarlet red- i think it'll satisfy my craving for empreinte and is a pop of colour making it easier for me to find my keys as I'm always searching for them
No mail or anything. I didn’t even know it was “delivered” until I manually checked. But I’m not a fan of UPS in general, in one of my earlier buys (I believe it was the mono pa) they delivered three times while I wasn’t home, and all of sudden it said delivered to receptionist in the tracking info. Mind you there’s no reception where I live. Totally freaked out and called ups to later find that they had delivered it to a post office without giving me a notice about itOh no!!!
So I’m hoping the same thing happened again, I just don’t have time to wait two hours for UPS to answer my phone call this time.

I am over the moon with it! It fits my Iphone XS Max perfectly and I would 100% recommend it if you ever come across one. This one is basically new, it even came with a chain that was in a zip lock bag inside however one end has the D ring so no way to attach. I think someone had ordered the bucket pochette as a replacement and then never ended up using it. I did buy a chain from ebay though that I attached instead and it matches perfectly
I also love the old thick textured canvas
Anyway, I miss stalking with you all!!!!
