Cancelled orders and returned orders are not counted in the total 12. But if you've bought an item earlier which you returned and then buying it again there's a risk of it being cancelled by their system. Therefore if someone has issues on an item, instead of returning it and then stalking it's always better to call CS and ask for an exchange. Otherwise second attempt might not go through - according to the CS I got on the phone.
Also I just ordered a PA DA which got cancelled due to buying too many "alike" items (mini pa, multi pochette and pa are the same item category apparently). So that's also something to take into account.
Good to know, as I was thinking of returning my Victorine wallet and buying another one. Opinions please on the silver stud, which is not completely centered. The pic with the red arrow is mine, the other is a screenshot from one on Youtube with the silver stud dead center. If I exchange I could end up with one looking worse. Am I being picky about mine?

It's one of those flaws that if you haven't noticed then it's nothing, but as soon as you see it you can't unsee it. I don't find it too bad - it's kinda like canvas that isn't aligned perfectly. But try and get it exchanged. If it's an option then I would choose that.
That’s quite a problem with the Victorines. I’ve got one in the regular monogram and the button or rather the canvas isn’t perfectly centered as well. I’ve seen a lot of those off centered victorines and I’ve seen perfectly aligned ones, it seems to me like it’s a 50/50 kind of chance. I didn’t mind about mine, love it nonetheless, but I know it can be super annoying when you noticed it once, you’re always going to notice it

Thanks for letting me know it's not just me. I'm still going to try and get another one and compare them.
