I also received a monogram strap today and didn’t get the fragrance sample I requested. I wanted to try something as I’m interested in adding another LV fragrance to my collection. I thought seeing as I had already purchased something, I could get a sample shipped with it. When my order changed to ‘in preparation’, I contacted CS who said they made a note on my order to add samples (I requested Heures d’Absence but the man said he couldn’t specify which to put in). I didn’t receive any samples today. It’s a shame because I won’t be able to get to a store for ages (I’m in Melb) to try anything. :sad:

One person at Client Services told me earlier today that I can only receive up to 2 perfume samples for order greater than $3000. Is it true? My petit sac plat came with no perfume samples although I asked for it last week. The lady last week did not mention that I were not entitled for samples.

I have also been told today that I wont be able to make further purchases for the next 2 years as I have gone over my limit. I can resume order in 2022. Is it too harsh?
Until 2022?! Woah. That’s ages away. I can’t believe they’d stop you shopping until then. Is it on all items or just certain items?

Wow that’s the first time I heard of buying restriction in AU! What/how much did you buy this year? I bought a few stuff this year, more so than usual, as I am bored and restless.
I also don’t receive perfume samples in any of my online purchases.

PS. Has anyone else encountered a delay in their return? I returned my Montsouris backpack and it’s been nearly 3 weeks since it was delivered back to their warehouse and still no word... I was told it could take up to 30 days but oh my, that kinda discourages me of buying unseen...

Next 2 years is too much ! They should make sure to check client’s purchase history on every purchase, instead of letting go over the limit and then banning for 2 years !

really this is ridiculous!
They ignore resellers but prohibit genuine customers from purchasing

If am not wrong count resets every year and i think you should be able to buy early next year- may be check with your SA

I got two perfume samples with my reverse PM purchase online last year. Also got some from my SA in store from buying a Cluny.

You know what.. I never get any sample perfume here in AU. I bought a lot, definitely more than $3000. My On The Go, PSM, PM+rosalie, speedy B 25+neverfull, double zip pochette+key cles+mini pochette escale, neverfull escale, etc.. so yeah, basically since May always more than $3000 on every transaction.
It depends on your SA. My SA is not that helpful compare to my SA in my home country. Sigh... I miss my old SA so much..
As for the limit, she told me I can only buy 3 pcs every 30 days and max 12 pcs per year.
Did you ask for perfume samples at the time you purchase? If you don't, they won't automatically give to you.

At first I did, but she said they are running out sample. But I assume, she knows that I want it. I was hoping the next purchase she will give, but I guess I was wrong.. Lol..
For now, I don’t put high hopes anymore on perfume samples, my only hope is just she will give dust bag for my zcp which I lost and she said she can’t give. I am still hoping though.. I bought zcp from LV and I lost my dust bag when I move house, I have asked her 3 times for helping me and she always said she can’t give. I am willing to pay for it if I have to, she still said can’t. :annoyed:

I ordered a mini pochette mono via my SA in Melbourne on 29/5 and just received it last Saturday 1/8. LV will source it for you as you have already paid the full deposit. I was exactly on the same boat :smile:
When your order is available, LV will notify you via email or your SA will message you.

So I decided to call on Friday to check in the status as they said about a week from the placement on the order I can check in. Client services on the phone transferred me to the store I ordered from (where I paid my deposit) and to my shock an SA at the store said the order was unfulfillable! I was heartbroken and shocked and told him I was willing to wait as I really wanted this piece! He said he could try source one by end of day but if he couldn't I would have to 'reorder' and it would be another 4 weeks wait :(
At that point I said ok please let me know but deep down I had kinda lost hope and expected nothing, albeit disappointed as paying full deposit still did not guarantee the item at the end.
However a miracle happened and he soon texted me saying he had found one and I could pick it up on the same day! I rushed after work to the store, showed them my pre-order deposit invoice and another SA went to find it in the back, she disappeared for about 10mins and I was nervous wondering what the hold up was and I saw she came out empty handed.. I was so anxious and worried they sold it to someone else! She asked if I got the text to pick up, and I name dropped the SA on the phone who told me he sourced one and showed her our text exchange. She went back and this time she found it, saying because it wasn't boxed she didn't see it initially! I breathed a huge sigh of relief!! What a journey to get this item, so many emotional rollercoasters up to the last minute of me picking up the order!
I was over the moon and asked how they managed to source one when my order was deemed unfulfillable, and they said someone had cancelled their pre-order just after I called. I guess I'm still curious how this pre-order system works as I wasn't sure if I was technically supposed to be next in line to receive the item, and why they even accept pre-orders when it seems like they might not even fulfil them! And what order to they decide on when to 'distribute' the available stock to? Either way, SUPER HAPPY it worked out in the end for me, and goodluck to everyone scoring the HTF items on their wishlist :)

Wondering if anyone knows if the Alma Bb in DE can be secured on the website? Its out of stock at the moment but all the other prints have been in stock for a few days. I can't go into a store as I'm in Vic and I don't have an SA. Wondering if I need to stalk online. Thanks in advance if anyone knows anything :smile:

Hey! This comes up all the time. I would say if you check regularly, you should be able to get it in a week or 2. It’s in my wishlist and I check it often. It’s in stock most of the time. Hang right and keep checking! I hope you can check out soon :smile:
