My SA also behave weird lately. Like avoiding me. I want to order speedy nano and I don’t mind to pay full price. I have many things I want to order and she never reply my messages. Just irritating.
I miss my old SA. Now I can’t find reliable SA here. Maybe I should not stick to one SA. I am the customer anyway, they should not ignore their customer..

Oh i had a Sydney George St SA who gave me his name card to contact him whenever I need anything, but he has never replied. I was so frustrated I went to buy something from Chanel instead.

Speedy nano is unattainable.

Wow, seems like our customer service ain’t great at all. Yep I know how you feel! Very annoying when you want to buy but no one wants to help you and your the paying customer!

Yes that’s happened to me too! Now I have a new one, but doesn’t sms or respond to my calls and they gave me their card too! Very annoying indeed. Maybe I have to do what you did and pop over to Chanel! Lol do you buy something good?

Does anyone happen to know how often items (specifically SLGs) get restocked online in Aus?? I have read somewhere it’s sporadically and some say there are certain times (US comments)?

Hey, I haven’t noticed any restocks of HTF slgs lately. Is there a particular item you’re looking for? The last time I noticed a mini pochette was back in April, around 10pm. I managed to purchase one. I haven’t seen any since. Let us know what you’re after and we can keep an eye out :biggrin:

Thank you for the reply :smile: oh that is a while ago! I have been checking past week at different times. I’m after the key pouch in DA preferably otherwise mono as second choice. Would be so great if I had someone else looking out for me:biggrin:

I have been trying to get a Nano speedy forever but it is sold out world wide!

I contacted several personal shoppers and the price they charge is 50% more than retail!
There was a 48 hours waitlist open sometime last month and i know few girls from Perth and Brisbane were lucky to buy!

if you are from Melbourne/Sydney chances are very less given resellers get 3-4 bags !

all I know is bag is sold out world wide! And if you are extremely lucky u might walk into the store and they might have waitlist open ! ❤️

@Bumbles - with Nano Nice you can pre order via Client Services, keep calling them or chat with an advisor online and u might get lucky!

With Hard to find SLGs - i have had more luck buying from store than online!

I called them on day of launch bc this new SA stuffed me around and they put me on a waitlist to be waitlisted! Can you believe that? Are you getting one? It worked for you? Thanks for the tip. I’ll try calling again tomorrow. I have called twice and received two different people who both said they can put me on a waitlist to be waitlisted! Crazy

I went instore on Sunday last week and was able to place a preorder for the monogram key pouch as they are allowing preorders of HTF items. Must be paid in full though. The key pouch was a 3-10 week wait

Keep faith on the wait list saga. I was on the same boat when trying to get the TP15 and 19 and I just randomly got a call for each to inform me when one has arrived to collect my payment. Took about 2-3 months.

yeah better chance at store! The thing is you must do frequent visits and ask about the item you are after !
