Went into the Collins St, Melbourne store this evening and once again was such a frustrating experience. I don’t know if it’s sexist of me but every time I go there I end up with a male SA and they are so unhelpful.

Today I popped in to ask for a Keepall strap to use with my CarryAll. And it was as if the SA just did not want to order me one. It was extremely frustrating and exhausting interacting with him. The SA’s at Chadstone and Crown have been so great. Now I’ve decided I will avoid the Collins St store since they clearly have some weird level service.

The good thing about LV Australia they have a decent online store. M

My SA told me, all the nano bag can’t be preorder. I don’t know how true, but she always refuse my order on nano bag.

Where abts are you? I got told by a SA (only new to her- few months bc my normal SA left) that I could order and pay in full. No guarantees that I will get one though, however when I sms or call her back to order no response. Just avoiding me. So not impressed at all. Now trying to see what is the best way to get one.
