If you have an appointment you can arrive at the appointed time and skip the long queue outside. It is okey if you just want to repair an item. On the booking system, it says "A Client Advisor may contact you to prepare your appointment", so you can just tell the CA you just want to send an item in for repair when you are contacted.
Thank you! I've booked one for this weekend, hopefully they can repair my pochette metis glazing (can't believe I couldn't escape the inevitable pochette metis horror stories).

Has anyone ever booked an appointment on the Aus LV website for a repairs? I called Client Services today and they suggested I book an appointment before I head in to ask about an item that needs to be repaired.

Somehow I was always under the impression that appointments are for people who intend to purchase a lot / are VIPs. :-s
Yes! I follow a personal shopper/reseller on Insta and she has FOUR nano speedies for sale right now. All for for $2XXX . I kinda want to unfollow.

Haha not really related to my initial post but I know exactly which personal shopper you’re referring to! Kind of a bummer because I’ve been stalking for a nano speedy like crazy and unwilling to pay the premium for a personal shopper.

I follow her too, this is not really fair to customers who have been waiting for so long ..
2k+ is a lot more than retail!

I checked with another Aussie based reseller for multi pochette and she said 4250$ . I had a heart attack for a moment!

Have a question for you LV ladies... if an item is available for sale on the LV website but there's no option to "Check Availability in Store", does it mean it's not available in store?

I want to buy the Victorine wallet in fuschia: https://au.louisvuitton.com/eng-au/products/victorine-wallet-monogram-013217 and it's available online but I can't check the store. However if I chose the other color option (Rose Ballerine), I can check in the store and it tells me its sold out around me.

I'd prefer to buy it physically since I live not too far from an LV store (the one in Melbourne CBD), but at the same time I don't want to make a useless trip if it's not available. Since I have a young baby and it's pretty cold outside now haha...

I guess I could call up but I just thought I'd check here first to see if anyone knows.

You can call client Services and ask them for store availablity.

Otherwise recommend collect in store option while checkout. In this case you can inspect the item in store.
