Ah ok, thanks so much for sharing. I’ll try that next time. I did ask when I was in a few weeks ago if they had it but no luck. I saw on YouTube a month or so ago there was a YouTuber from Melbourne who somehow found out the David Jones store had a nano speedy and she got it sent to her but she has to purchase DJ vouchers or something to get it. But they had one. Don’t know how she knew. But glad you were able to store one. Thanks so much for the tips!!
I didn’t even know David Jones stocked LV. I suppose it’s the DJ in the city. I shall plan a trip! :D

I just created a thread about this without noticing there is a specific Aussie LV thread. I was able to get a monogram Pochette Métis with a very short wait time after being told the wait list was closed in March. I didn’t bother checking the website after a few times things appeared available when they weren’t due to some website error, so I called and spoke with a lovely SA by the name of Emma. Despite the wait list being closed, she took my details and called last week to give me the good news. When I went to pick it up from the flagship store in George Street today, someone suggested COVID may have helped me get this bag a lot faster as the economic uncertainty has stopped a lot of people from making high end purchases, and the border closures mean tourists aren’t visiting Australia to make high end purchases. So, now might be the time to put your name down for those items that are traditionally hard to get!

I also managed to get a monogram Pochette Metis in store at the Sydney George Street store a few weeks ago, with no wait list - I just walked in on my first go and they happened to have one!

Wow that very very lucky! Congrats to you. Was it mono or reverse? I agree covid has stopped a lot of people buying and also tourists and so locals like us are able to get some things that we have been eyeing. I guess bows the best time to shop and stalk the website! Thanks for sharing

I am dying to get my pochette accessories and nano speedy

I have been randomly check during the day but no luck!

Anyone can tell me what time they normally restock that will be great
Thank you so much in advance

I bought a Felicie Pochette at the LV Chadstone store yesterday and they had the Pochette Accessories in stock!! (Even if it was “out of stock” online)

Maybe it only works if you go directly to the store. I was SUPER tempted to buy one but I really love my Felicie and I’m pacing out my expenses.

Agreed. Especially the resellers!! Normal customer won't even compete with resellers because they purchase so much. I guess the CAs will directly sell to those "frequent buyers" anytime they have hot items' stock coming .... unfair but nothing we can do

Awesome @trinket , @ashley99

actually, more chance of finding in stores because of no tourists and resellers !

i can not get 1 multi pochette but i see Aussie based resellers selling 3 brand new multi pochettes for such high price !:blah:

Yep that really sucks. AU LV should have similar puchase limit policy as France to stop resellers, but apparently the head office doesn't care about it's normal customer.

Very true, even US has a purchase limit of 12 items per year with not more than 6 items a month including returns.

am not saying we should have such restrictions but we shd have atleast the restriction to not allow buying more than one of the same item .

Has anyone ever booked an appointment on the Aus LV website for a repairs? I called Client Services today and they suggested I book an appointment before I head in to ask about an item that needs to be repaired.

Somehow I was always under the impression that appointments are for people who intend to purchase a lot / are VIPs. :-s

If you have an appointment you can arrive at the appointed time and skip the long queue outside. It is okey if you just want to repair an item. On the booking system, it says "A Client Advisor may contact you to prepare your appointment", so you can just tell the CA you just want to send an item in for repair when you are contacted.
