Despite not fully liking it I *almost* just purchased! I love bum bags and don’t have an LV one in my collection. I’m so bummed about this bag….but may still get it. Idk. The mini is so cute but not really big enough for me.

Does anyone know if there will be an empriente version of this coming out?

The removable strap is just what I wanted. I agree, I would take the luggage tag off because it doesn't hang right. As far as the vachetta around the zipper goes, it reminds me of my Hudson GM from 2008. Many of Marc Jacob's bags were designed that way. Attaching picture for reference.

Yes, it's my bag. A classic that I love!

I did notice on the announcement from LV on the High Rise bag, they referred to it as "Drawing on an archival Louis Vuitton design" which I think might be a reference to the Marc Jacobs designs. Also, there were so many problems with the zipper on the original version, that I think they wanted to reinforce the zipper. But who knows!!

quick question on your mark jacobs lv bag: i had this bag once and the push locks and hardware rattled so much when i walked. do you find that happens with yours? i never expected that but the bag was noisy, although beautiful!

Yes! They are noisy when empty! I started putting my smallest kirgami pouch in one, and a pack of kleenex in the other. They are quiet good little pouches now ;)
