It’s like the zip vachetta is screaming out to be destroyed! Really don’t like the folds on the front. Looks like it wouldn’t hold much either. I got the Burberry Cason bumbag last year after getting disappointed with the problems with LV’s bumbag. I’ll stick with my Burberry one it seems. It’s pretty much b.proof and an unfussy style which is what you want with a bumbag imo.

I guess I am in the minority because I like it! I had the original bumbag but the strap was never long enough. I ended up giving it to my daughter in law who loves it, but I was always a bit sorry. The removable strap is just what I wanted. I agree, I would take the luggage tag off because it doesn't hang right. As far as the vachetta around the zipper goes, it reminds me of my Hudson GM from 2008. Many of Marc Jacob's bags were designed that way. Attaching picture for reference.

I couldn’t agree more! It does seem more sleek and wearable, less bulky than the original, which I like. I also love the fact that the strap is interchangeable; huge benefit IMHO. But the vachetta around the zipper kills it for me. I actually like vachetta accents, but i find this placement to be kind of odd … it looks like stretched smiling lips or something to me (but maybe that’s just me, haha)! :giggle:

I got the mini bumbag instead and I love it, but I think that’s because it’s more of a crossbody bag than a traditional bumbag, which isn’t really my personal style. And I know the mini bumbag is too small for many, so this seems like a good middle ground between that one and the original.

I don’t think I’m hip and sporty enough to pull off this new one, but I’m very excited to see how those who are cooler than I am will rock it! :loveeyes: Congratulations to all who are getting it; I hope you all receive yours soon and love them! :heart:

Funny you say that about the smile. That is exactly what I see when I look at it : a giant clown smile and I can’t unsee it! I think I would have preferred more squared off vachetta like the mark jacobs bags had. That being said I do like the fact that it has a detachable strap . It will be interesting to see how it looks in mod shots once more people get it and post pics and YouTube videos

Another disliker of the “smile.” I can’t. Guitar strap fatigue is also real. I just ordered a preloved original in excellent condition from an eBay consignment shop. I hope it is as nice as it seems in pics! At least there is 30 day returns.
