The second crease is a little deep. I’d exchange.

Mine looked like that so i returned it. The SA's were saying these bags are definitely prone to cracking.

Wow those look really bad. You could let it sit out for a couple of days and see if they relax. If not, I’d exchange.

I have to say, this bag has the strangest design with how much the sides flex! I’m using mine….but I’m honestly constantly wondering when the day will be when I see cracks. The areas at the ends of the back zipper bend like crazy…it will be a miracle if nothing happens. I’ve never had a bag quite like this, none of my other bumbags bend like this.
