So my high rise came today and I was excited! My excitement died a few minutes later. They first put the bag into a box way too small for the bag so it was squished. I could have lived with that, but the front zipper pull front and back had horrible scratches on it. It looked like someone scraped it over something. Fortunately, I was able to do an exchange, but it will take weeks to get another one. The bag is super cute and I loved it. I just hope the second one will have no issues. Boo! That stinks! Depending on how deep the scratches are a light polish with one of those sunshine jewelry cloths sometimes works to get them out. I don’t know why they don’t leave the protective stickers on the hardware.

Speaking of accessories I just got an insert from Etsy which includes insert for main and back compartments! I got mine in 'shocking pink.' Samorga said they will make one. It doesn't appear they have released it yet but this Etsy one looks to be of decent quality! I don't want to use the hi rise until I have protection for that lining!

I totally agree. I’ve been using an insert that I got off eBay that fit the discovery bumbag. It’s a perfect fit but I need one for the back pocket. So, I’m going to pick up one of these Etsy sets. Now, I just have to decide on a color… :smile:

Hi all, I got my HR and it’s super cute! BUT mine already came with creases on both sides of the bag, maybe due to being put into a smaller box. I’ve seen some light creases online but mine already seem pretty deep. I think the bag is new since the hardware still has the plastic, so I think the creases are inevitable where the stress points are. I know the creasing/cracking concern has been pointed out in previous posts, but for those ladies that have been wearing it for a few weeks/regularly, do the creases get more pronounced? Is mine a defect and should be exchanged?

That crease in the second picture is going to be a problem, I'd return/swap this out.
