They do the stamping by machine so it's too difficult to do it where the d ring is, it won't fit.
At least I got a free luggage tag out of it!

How terrible.......I guess if you take a LV for repair or heat stamping now you need to put the security tabs like the sellers on Ebay do to make sure you get your bag back.
I hope it all works out for you and I would feel very sentimental about the bag from your boyfriend and you deserve to get that one back.

yea this is clearly an OLD thread but occurrences like this is probably why they wont heat stamp a speedy anymore ... sucks i wanted mine done so badly
