I got one when i purchased in store as well. I filled it out and i was surprised to receive a personal response from the store manager. I appreciated it a lot
Just saw my SA that I filled out the survey for. LV contacted her Mgr and gave them a copy of my survey. So LV is reading them and making contact! This is great.
