LV Bumbag - if it’s wrong I don’t want to be right!

Are you still enjoying your bumbag? I wonder if anyone has regret purchasing this. I’m thinking of getting this but it’s def not typically what I’d get being a trendy bag and a Fanny pack. Unsure if i can pull off the look but I just like that it’s so travel friendly! Since I walk around a lot, I have a lot of crossbody bags so the hands free is a major plus. Though I’m not sure if I’d use it aside from travel. Your mod shots are really swaying me to get it though!

I read through the LV bumbag thread and it seems like a majority of people do not like it. But if it’s wrong I don’t want to be right. I have four boys 10 and under and I love it! Sorry. I do! Ha! Don’t tell me if it looks terrible. Let me live in my little bubble. I’m fully aware I’m not a small girl! excuse the un-made bed. Sheet cleaning day!
Work it!
Also, I love the title of this thread!

I am actually. It isn’t my every day bag but I use it for every outing we go on where I need to be hands free. It has even prompted me to buy another bumbag as well, for those times when I’m out with my boys and don’t want to risk ruining my LV one. It really helps for me to not loose things! I am forever putting things down and then panicking that I’ve lost them. I’ll use it again next week when I take the boys to a show :)

Hi. I am so happy to find this post. When I first saw the bum bag, all I can think was how big it was. But after seeing how LV model the bag like a belt bag which is my favorite way to style, I could not resist on trying it on. OMG, I am IN LOVE. This is now my all time favorite bag. I was worried about the vachetta strap at first. But life is too short to have that come between you and your bag. I thought of posting some mod shots in case anyone else is curious.

Girl, I don't wanna be right either - I LOVE IT! Tried it on on a whim this past Saturday and fell hard. I love the many ways you can wear it - not your ordinary fanny pack. I am going to buy it as soon as I get rid of my Gucci Tian Backpack.

I am old enough to have lived through "fanny packs" which is what this is - what I do not understand is why the new way to wear it is on across your bustline - not very flattering - especially if you have a large bust -
but I have to say I like how it looks on the OGs waist.

I actually agree. I prefer to wear it on my waist. I know it is a fanny pack and I’m not pretending it is something it is not. I don’t like the way it looks on my front. And while I don’t mind the way it looks on my back I’m too paranoid someone will steal something out of it!

I am an OG also and still have a canvas fanny pack from back in the day. Now as for the thing about it not sitting right potentially on us bustier girls, I am here to tell you that it looked absolutely adorable across my double-D's. Literally, it can be worn as a crossbody, which gives the bag somewhat of a hobo bag effect. I would not wear it on my person as high as depicted in some of these photos. I was shocked at how adorable this bag is in person. Just sayin!

Thanks for posting all of your pictures :) It looks great on you, and so versatile. I just got mine and was playing around with it tonight. I love it as a cross body and as a shoulder bag too. It is extremely comfortable.
For me, the key is not to overstuff it- but I put my mini pochette, my Rosalie coin purse and my phone, and that was perfect.
Have fun <3

I love this on you, especially with the coat and jeans.
