As you can see, another issue is the straps are not matched in length causing a bump when they are snapped together. I'd say they are off by a half inch to an inch. :frown:

Yikes! That strap is definitely wonky on the shortest setting! You paid good money for this bag and you shouldn't have to go through these quality issues! Best of luck with getting the perfect bag. Keep us posted!

Edit: I mean if you flip it over and then bend it again, like shown in your photo? I believe LV straps with this snap setup are meant to accommodate the bend, so the strap should lie perfectly when you wear the bag. But of course it is possible that LV goofed on snap placement.

They definitely goofed. Flipped over it looks even worse. The strap wasn't a deal breaker though, because it's not that noticeable on the shoulder. I only mentioned it when she asked for measurements knowing mine is probably off a bit due to the bump. :smile:

I have taken pics of mine — some peachy pink, some washed out pink, etc. It is a very light pink (lighter than rose Ballerine). I agree that it is not a warm pink. But it is definitely pink, a baby pink. It’s kinda similar to Pantone Icy Pink IMO. I suggest you look at it in person to see the true color.

@viewwing This exactly! My pictures look more washed out than the actual real life color. It is definitely more pink.
