Yes, money trees for each bag. Some collections leave me cold, and then some grab me, so for me it’s like 4 bags really appeal in a short period of time and then some months go by. I’ve had a very good first quarter 🤓 and trying to slow down.

Yes, self control is great when we have it and need it, but something about luxe bags and slg’s just seems to veer us out of control! Im enjoying living vicariously through your low key with such beautiful leather. And how when you find a Goldilocks just right bag can you say no?!

My rose opale Pochette Metis EW arrived today. The color is so pretty - it has a little sheen to it and I really like the light gold hardware. Unfortunately, the bag has quality issues, so I will have to exchange. There is a strange ridge that runs along the top flap close to the edge (looks like a shadow in this picture). Also, the leather on the bottom half is not well matched to the flap and back of the bag. It has a very grainy texture and the top and back are smoother. Also, the embossing on the bottom fades out to very faint close to the edge. :crybaby: Oh, and there was a long hair inside the bag, too!:frown:

So sorry for the quality issues! Hope you can exchange for a better bag.

Just a quick question - how long is the strap drop? The website says the strap drop is 17.7" max. I was hoping to get this to wear crossbody, but that strap drop won't work for me, even with my extenders.

Hi! My strap measures 41" on the longest setting measuring from the tip of the clips on each end. On the shorter setting, it is 27". Mine may not be exactly the same as others. As you can see, another issue is the straps are not matched in length causing a bump when they are snapped together. I'd say they are off by a half inch to an inch. :frown:

Is the bump still there if you flip the strap over?

Edit: I mean if you flip it over and then bend it again, like shown in your photo? I believe LV straps with this snap setup are meant to accommodate the bend, so the strap should lie perfectly when you wear the bag. But of course it is possible that LV goofed on snap placement.

Emphosix just posted the bags today on Instagram! Here are those posts. There will additionally be the usual accessories: bandeaus, silk squares, bucket hat, belt, sunglasses case. I don’t have the full/updated list, just preliminary info.

Would u say this is the accurate color of pink opale? I’ve seen so many variations I’m confused.

It’s not overly slouchy and will stand on its own without falling into a puddle. When on the shoulder it really molds to you which is always wonderful with leather.
Size wise it is very similar to a graceful mm. It’s not as large as initial pictures looked and I’m so glad. It’s smaller than a carryall mm and sits slim just like a carryall.
Color was a pleasant surprise!! I’m used to cognac being a very rich orange undertone color (I buy a lot of cognac colored saddles 😂) But this cognac is very warm and brown and absolutely gorgeous in person.
If you are considering purchasing and love a good hobo I highly recommend this one. It’s beautifully made and nicely quiet for LV.

I’m 5’4 about 140lbs for reference 😊

Thank you so much 🥰 I too was torn and am glad I went with the cognac. I wear a lot of neutral colors and not much black so it definitely went with my wardrobe.
It’s so hard to choose right?

You will love it when you decide on your color 😊

On my IPAD, the color of her bag looks kinda washed out, barely pink, in the pictures — it does NOT look like that in real life. It’s hard to take an accurate picture of the color. I have taken pics of mine — some peachy pink, some washed out pink, etc. It is a very light pink (lighter than rose Ballerine). I agree that it is not a warm pink. But it is definitely pink, a baby pink. It’s kinda similar to Pantone Icy Pink IMO. I suggest you look at it in person to see the true color.

It’s not out where I am yet! Sloooowwww…. But I’ll definitely take a look when it hits my store. I hope it’s not almost white-ish…that’ll be too light for me.
