I'm sure there will be plenty of price increases between launches. I'm just interested in one particular color and pattern and thank goodness I'm not deviating from this.
Yes. I'm just trying to figure out if some of these launches was canceled/postponed a couple of years ago when the pandemic shut down retailers and now these launches are now being produced.

I'm not a fan of the double handles long/short on totes. At least with LV the long handles can be folded into the bag.
I noticed LV is slowly releasing prices of merchandise that's going to launch Dec 1. I just came back from a LV store and the Sa still cannot see all prices.

As usual LV is just taking what other ppl are doing and making it part of the bag! like adding chains and straps to toiletries and pochettes and this thing with the claw clip. They are drawing inspiration from their customer base and then marking the price up. The original version of these Vernis bags are a couple hundred dollars preloved. now they want 3k and add a claw clip 🤦♀️
And the market is totally saturated with “limited edition” bags.
Do you know if they ever fixed their Vernis problem? with color completely changing, or fading badly, and getting easy color transfer?

I’m eying something from this vernis collection but don’t want to risk any discoloration. @BULL Could you maybe help on this question, whether current vernis items are still prone to discoloration? Thanks in advance!
I fear that this will remain an issue with patent leather for a long long time. So unless you plan to enjoy and resell quikcly, I recommend the darker colours. But if I think about it, almost all new colours are quite light pastels
The point is that a centuries ago the original patent leather was achieved by a linseed oil solution, but when plastics came to life, oils were replaced with plastic all across the board. Even in high-end goods. I don't know the complete reason, but most probably way easier and quicker to manufacture, also longer lasting, better quality. The only downside is discolouration. Old patent leathers were mostly black or brown. But on these new fancy colours, age does show. The coating is clear PVC. And clear PVC tends to get a yellow tint with age as the Sun's UV rays break down the polymer chains in the plastic.
Clear phone cases also use clean PVC, they practically have to. The last news a few years ago, when Apple introduced their own clear cases, they said that they engineered a polymer version that will be less prone to yellowing. Well, it didn't turn out to be effective, and also they probably meant that the case will survive a year. But a Speedy should be OK for more than a year.

I get that it’s limited-edition, I get that it’s a custom fabric, I get that they’re trying to drive sales/perhaps price non uber-wealthy people out, but at the end of the day, it’s still fabric and less durable than leather or canvas IMHO, yet is priced significantly higher?!I was initially super excited about this collection, but the more I see, the more “meh” I feel. Will reserve final judgement until I see the Nano Speedy and the rest of the collection, but my wallet might be safer than I initially thought, which wouldn’t be bad! I actually prefer the original (now vintage) Pleaty design and some of the other denim pieces they’ve released over the years, so I might just be picking up some of the SLGs (SDGs? Small denim goods?
) from this collection. But TBD!
More denim handbags. These look tiny and I'm wondering if LV shrunk the height of the bag from the original style bags the Fairfax rectangle bag. 
That's what I've been wondering as well: How big (or small) are these two bags? It's so hard to tell from the pictures...
