I got the black Kusama Alma BB bag today! I’ve always wanted the regular black epi Alma but never really got one because it’s quite common so when I saw the black Kusama Alma, I knew I had to get it!

The Louis Vuitton in Soho NYC is well-stocked and they have almost all of the Kusama pieces. It looks like the Kusama collection isn’t doing quite well…

I’m getting sucked into the mono dots collection after refusing to get anything It was between the mini pochette and cosmetic pouch which are both outrageously priced but noticed the mini pochette has the dot lining so I guess I will spend extra for that at least…..

I caved and got myself a Kusama key pouch because it’s something I would most likely use and I could give my husband my existing key pouch to use.

They gave me the full packaging, despite the fact that I ordered online.


I like the zipper pull, it’s unique and has the LVxYK signature at the back. The front is a splash of white dot paint and I haven’t peel off the plastic yet.

I love the pumpkin gift tag, it’s a surprisingly hard tag, different from their usual material.

The signature pumpkin and the made in France writing inside is now worrying me. My intention is to use it to store keys and the keys will be stored inside and not left hanging outside. So, my worry is - will the writing inside eventually wear off, with my keys being the culprit, rubbing them off? My previous key pouch was a canvas piece which I used for 5 years before retiring it. I’m not sure about Empreinte and the writing (hotstamp?)

I finally have one of the Kusama pieces in my possession! I know this collection hasn’t been the most popular, but i love it. Even if this wasn’t connected to Kusama but just a Dots collection, I love how playful the multicolored dots and the red and yellow infinity dot pieces are. The monochrome men’s collection is very cool too.

Thursday night, I ordered the Kirigami set from the website. I went into the store on Saturday to see the pieces in person and I was having a hard time choosing between the yellow alma bb and the multi-colored dots pochette metis. I went with the yellow alma. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take home their piece on display so my CA ordered it for me. Then over the past few days, I kept thinking about the pochette metis. This particular piece must not be selling well because according to the website, just about every store in North America has one available in store. But that doesn’t really matter to me. So yesterday morning, I ordered it off the website with free overnight shipping and it just arrived 30 min ago. I love it so much. I’m so excited to wear it this summer. I’m excited to for the YK items coming my way soon too, but I’m very happy to finally have one that’s home with me.

I think it looks great, the only thing that matters is how you feel about it. I laughed when you said you kept thinking about the PM after the fact, that’s a sure sign we are about to have a new bag! And must you wait until summer to wear?! I don’t think I could be that strong. Enjoy!!

Since you already got the nano speedy and mini p from this collection...the Alma BB would be a good fit for better use...vachetta scares me lol

Congratulations! Love it! I ordered the Keepall 25 which is on the way to me and would have been delivered tomorrow, but because I work long and the delivery requires signing, I had to postpone the delivery to Saturday. Huh, the wait!

Thank you! Actually, I was thinking about how the pops of color with my mostly neutral winter wardrobe in the dark winter evenings would actually be really nice.

My CA told me before I made payment , certain items are under pre-order and this nano speedy is one of them. Until now, at our website there is still a note informing this is an pre-order and waiting time is 2-3 months

At least your CA is honest from the get go. I made online payment to LV 12/20. My CA told me delivery in the middle of January. Then about 10 days ago, she told me schedule changed to middle of March.

I want a refund and just cancel the order, but she says no refunds. I have to use the money to buy something else. Like what? So I think one of these days I will drop by LV to sort things out. I don't like to be locked into a pre-order. And on the LV confirmation email it does say 7 days return policy, or 30 day exchange policy. Since so goods are exchanged, I just want my money back.

So by deduction, it does seem the Kusama collection reception isn't great.

Talk to the manager. You are the customer and have a right to a refund if your product does not arrive within the time frame told to you at purchase (then it's false/misleading information to persuade you to purchase). Your CA does not want to lose their commission.

I did a preorder through an online CA and product didn't show up for 12 weeks but they were sitting on an interest free loan of $6K - I don't think so. I kept calling and calling until I got my money back.
