I love art of many kinds, and was hoping for the Kusama to be overall more like the women’s ready to wear artwork. It felt more congruent with her overall work. Oh well, this collection was an easy pass for me (luckily as I got a grail for Christmas)
And I know you know this but everyone may not, Hermes collaborates with artists all the time and has for decades - their silks are unmatched because they work with individual artists or collectives and do all sorts of art of different kinds and styles in multiple cw’s. They are so gorgeous I have 2 silk hanging systems in my home and rotate scarves all the time just to look at the gorgeous pieces and details. And I play “where’s waldo“ with each new one - every scarf has somewhere on it the name of the scarf, the artist‘s name and Hermes. Some are so cleverly incorporated it can be hard to find. Some people actually frame them, but I’m too much into wearing them, don’t want to lose access to even one
My CA told me before I made payment , certain items are under pre-order and this nano speedy is one of them. Until now, at our website there is still a note informing this is an pre-order and waiting time is 2-3 months
The LV logo and flowers on the new heart bag are bigger than my red heart bag, I measured mine after I got the measurements from my CA, and my CA confirm that they are about the same sizeWhem I look at the flowers, I think the new hearts are smaller
It doesn’t store much, but you could put in a few cards without card holder, and I used a non-LV square small purse to store some cash and put in the heart bag , because I don’t want to dirty the inner part of it.

I finally have one of the Kusama pieces in my possession! I know this collection hasn’t been the most popular, but i love it. Even if this wasn’t connected to Kusama but just a Dots collection, I love how playful the multicolored dots and the red and yellow infinity dot pieces are. The monochrome men’s collection is very cool too.
Thursday night, I ordered the Kirigami set from the website. I went into the store on Saturday to see the pieces in person and I was having a hard time choosing between the yellow alma bb and the multi-colored dots pochette metis. I went with the yellow alma. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take home their piece on display so my CA ordered it for me. Then over the past few days, I kept thinking about the pochette metis. This particular piece must not be selling well because according to the website, just about every store in North America has one available in store. But that doesn’t really matter to me. So yesterday morning, I ordered it off the website with free overnight shipping and it just arrived 30 min ago. I love it so much. I’m so excited to wear it this summer. I’m excited to for the YK items coming my way soon too, but I’m very happy to finally have one that’s home with me.

You can’t go wrong with either one. I honestly can’t decide, lol. I think the playfulness of the dots goes well with the casualness of the nano noe. But at the same time, it’s kind of cool how a more buttoned-up shape like the alma has all these playful child-like dots. It’s a little unexpected, imo. I would have to resort to flipping a coin, lol.

I ordered the Keepall 25 which is on the way to me and would have been delivered tomorrow, but because I work long and the delivery requires signing, I had to postpone the delivery to Saturday. It’s very nice! The dots are thick and definitely seem sturdy. The price is ridiculous like everything else in this collection but I get a ton of use out of my key pouch.
That’s the thing holding me back. I wanted the keepall but cant justify that price. I also wanted the dots stole and pochette Voyage but those prices are scary high!
