Hi all, I’ve just received my BTP Kirigami. I’m glad to say I like it and it is nicer than what I expected! I love the color combos on all the sizes and the watercolor effect.

I was a little afraid the Kirigami would look oddly plain with more white than colors and I was sure I won’t like the beige color but thankfully that’s not the case!

If there’s any “complaint”, I would say for the beige color, specifically the word LV, looks pretty faded. Not sure whether it’s because of the color itself or I got a piece which has a lighter color print. Also there’s one thread hole which is quite obvious it’s bigger than it should be. Nevertheless, I’m fine with them and definitely keeping the Kirigami!

Im so glad you got the Kirigami set! It was a toss up between Kirigami and the Victorine wallet for me but still thinking I might want the Kirigami set, too!

Glad to hear it looks even better in person. I ordered the BTP Kirigami too once it went live on the Canadian site, the combo of the white canvas and watercolour monogram had a chokehold on me lol. I knew I would like the white after receiving the Aquagarden Keepall B25.

Wasn't concerned about the white canvas yellowing until I saw the other messages on here but since I baby everything I own hopefully the white will hold up. Regardless this BTP drop is too nice to pass up especially for the Kirigami.

Thank you! I did find it so much better irl. The first images on line and I thought oh that’s hurting my eyes :eek: but in real life it seems to just work (for me!) I had a dress with a busy print on today so haven’t styled it yet with plainer clothes. Massive attraction, despite the lighter colour of canvas is not having to worry about spots of rain or the handles getting too dark and grubby looking!

True, ivory can still stain. But my Sunset Khaki Slim Purse is still pristine after nearly a year. It's normally not in much contact with other abrasive or dark items though and because it's a Purse it's protected being inside a bag.

Just a question, but are the flowers lining up from the bottom flap to the centre on the kirigami? I can’t seem to find a straight front shot to tell. All the pics I can find are angled shots from the bottom.

Yes they are all centred from button closure straight down to a flower if that’s what you meant. I can take a straight on photo tomorrow in daylight if that helps :smile:
