Is Luxury mart can trust their authentic CHANEL bag?

Hi and welcome, there are lots of feedback about Malleries Luxury mart in the Chanel forum. They sell second hand items and it's always best to authenticate here before buying.

Really? I put up pictures of my bag that i bought and they authenticated it, but i am still questioning. What should i do? any ideas would be appreciated.

I don't feel comfortable telling you what you should do - if I tell you it's probably fine and you go ahead and it turns out bad, I'd feel horrible.

I will say though that our authenticators on this forum are really really knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful. While the vast majority of Fashionphile's bags are probably authentic, it's the ones that clearly weren't that she had up for sale and the people here noticed, that worry me. That and that her descriptions are often better than what people actually receive (as far as condition).

I think she has a return policy, so if the authenticators say it's fine, I guess you could give it a try. I just prefer Yoogis 1,000 times more is all.

We are the reputable seller being threatened by the quoted member: etilford. Buyer is adamant that we are you and have passed a fake bag as authentic.

We are merely trying to defend ourselves as honest sellers.
Below is the threatening email received from etilford.

"You know what is funny is that you are probably the one who is replying “authentic” to these bags that are actually FAKE and thinking that most of these girls are stupid and would not question someone they don’t know telling them it is “AUTHENTIC”. Well I am not one of those girls! I am taking this bag to a Chanel store TODAY and if they tell me this bag is FAKE you better believe you are refunding my money 100% or you will find out just who you are dealing with."

"I am going to deny this charge and inform Malleries of this situation. I will be letting anyone who asks on the purse forum know about my experience with LuxuryMart. Have a good day."

i haven't bought from malleries yet but i have bought from portero.com and i looove them they are different then malleries because you just buy through the company and not a bunch of different small boutiques. very trust worthy and kind they even send it over night and if you dont like it or have any issues they will return with in 30days.
 
Hi girls, i collct chanel bag , love rare colors
this is my story with malleries, i purchased a chanel 227 reissue from only authentics, one of malleries recommended sellers, they described the bag as pewter with lavender hue,special edition, pristine ,never used, returnable if indicate intention to return within 24 hours of receipt. the bag later than promised, color :dark silver as on tag, had brown spot next to the chanel logo inside, made in france /italy faded,..thankfully there was a phone number on the box, called and got the person right away(not mentioning names), indicated my intention to return and requested the return address, requested also not to be charged restocking fees, because of the misrepresentation of the item, he promised to call me back, never did never answered my calls, finally reaised that i need to e mail customer service at malleries, they replied the nexy day, they said they are aware that only authentics are in contact with me regarding this.., emailed them again several times requesting the return shipping address...no responsecan anyone tell me what to do the bag is $4699.i buy everything online.. never treated like that before.please help

Why did the rep need to call you back? He couldn't give you the return address right then and there?? First, stop calling. Calls don't leave a record so always email. Send them another email informing them that according with their policy you wish to return the bag for a full refund because the item wasn't as described or pictured and ask them for their return address. Tell them that if you don't hear from them within 24 hours, you will be contacting your credit card company to file a charge back. In the meantime, take lots of clear, sharp, crisp pictures and close ups of the bag and the areas in question. Once you have their address make sure you send this back with a service that requires signature confirmation and insurance. Good luck!

BTW, that spot you mention next to the inside logo is indeed pictured in the last photo so your claim that the bag wasn't as described may be disputable by them.
