Does anybody know http://www.malleries.com?? :confused1:

They sell a lot of LV handbags (brand new & used items) with cheaper price.
For example brand new MC Audra for only $1,190, while the original price is $1,580 right now.

Is that authentic or fake LV???
I sell on Malleries and there is a very careful scrutiny of all Items and sellers. Everything that is approved by them for sale is Genuine !!

Malleries has a stricter "no fakes policy" than other sites like ebay. However, there have been known to be a few bad sellers in the past. If you decide to purchase a designer item from one of their sellers I strongly advise you to have it authenticated on tpf prior to purchasing! You can never be too safe when buying designer items from a non-authorized seller. I have seen some fabulous things on Malleries too!

ITA! Malleries is an emporium of individual sellers. Fakes have shown up on Malleries.

It cannot be stressed enough to AUTHENTICATE anything you buy from anywhere but the store.

Oh please...Malleries does not authenticate merchandise. They try to cull shady sellers. I'm sure you didn't intend your statement to be misleading, but it is naive to proclaim every item authentic.

Again, follow JessieRose's advice and have any item you consider purchasing authenticated first.

Yes, they are a very reputable seller and I have checked their website for years looking for certain models of Louis Vuitton. I think their pricing is high though, you find better prices on EBay.

As with any site, if you do your homework there are many reputable sellers..

The ones that I would be careful of is... bank wires...here in the US

you have no recourse once the money is in the seller's hands.. in other

parts of the world business transactions using or involving bank wires

may be different... I always want credit card protection... but that's just me..

I find Malleries to be compulsive window shopping for vintage Chanel. I think they are very strict about what is listed on there as their reputation depends on guaranteed authenticity.

I just bought this bag, can you please authenticate it. Thank you.

Malleries say that they have a zero tolerance for fakes..

and that the merchandise has been examined & deemed authentic

If you are paying by credit card, you will have some recourse

if you have a issue..

Would not pay for it any other way (bank check, money order,
or wire transfer) but that's just me...

ANd if you can, post in the LV forum, these gals have much experience
& should be able to give you a heads up about authneticity
