I like assertive Jonny! If the French didn't place the seating arrangements as agreed and TV positions, then he's entitled to query it, and sort it satisfactorily for the King.

Definitely. He is doing his job. The part no one usually sees. He can definitely stand up for himself, and get his way. Polite but firm.

Absolutely. Well said. Bravo Jonny for taking care of business even if it is ruffling a few feathers. Rightly so. That's our Jonny taking control and making things happen. We never see this side of his job. Much more to the job than maintaining a pleasant smiling face and handsome uniforms.

Another lady who cannot resist looking at a handsome man in RRS ceremonial uniform and Jonny politely obliging, with a smile.

From the sublime to the ridiculous, with the TV host interviewing Denis McShane speaking godawful French, a former Minister who did time for defrauding his Parliamentary expenses. Is it any wonder we support a Constitutional Monarchy with crooked politicians like that?
