I own quite a few exotic cdcs and I don’t find them more difficult to maintain or wear. Go for it.

I am not a lady and own a few exotic CDC. The one thing that you have to be very careful is not to wear them in the rain or forecasted weather of rain! It causes permanent water spots that can not be removed and visible discoloration. GL

Don't get water on exotic (any exotic).
So yes, exotic can be more fussy than leather but I love mine more than leather. They are so pretty!

Omg, it is Marie Antionette on your avatar. I am a nerd on her and her lover Axel von Fersen. I am going to a exhibition on their love affair and has their love letters, clothes and more.

Yes, it it Rose jaipur and if Hermès can not get a other bracelet in this color for me, i am thinking of keep this one because i really love this color. I am trying it on right now and it is so much more fun than the other colors they offer right now. And you are right, it is going to get more marks with time.

And, did you see the Marie Antoinette and Axel Fersen exhibit? What a fab thing to see. I imagine his affection distracted her to some degree from all the chaos happening in her life. I have read a lot about her, too. I think the Smithsonian has one of her diamond necklaces.
