I liked Mike from the Miami store though he was not my SA. I had not seen him recently & did not realize he left. I will ask my SA when I see her again if he is at the LA H

michael at the houston store is the BEST! i love working with him and he always makes me feel special! for example, i sent a pic of a maxi twilly over a month ago and asked if he had it....he said no but would keep it in mind...i never mentioned it again and figured i would find something else :p and just last week he texted me and said he got it in and set it aside for me :heart: i was so shocked he remembered and it is only one of the reasons i will always be loyal to him :smile:

Could you recommend someone from Milan boutique? The two SAs I've met there this month seemed to be really rude and snobby. I would like to purchase some of their items but only if I receive a proper service from a nice person, I do not intend to buy anything from some rude, arrogant people.

I've purchased a lot of smaller stuff at the Rodeo boutique over the past few years but always with different SAs & none of them were all that warm/helpful tbh so I never felt the draw to specifically track them down for my next purchase.
I'd like to establish a good relationship with one as there are smaller things I still want & would like to add a Birkin maybe next year?

Just wanted to add, a few years ago I just walked into a Vegas Hermes & the SA offered me a Birkin on the spot when I asked, unfortunately it was a concrete grey that really didn't sing to me so I passed & purchased a beautiful blue Jige clutch instead. I've heard the Rodeo location is a lot more strict so I guess it's best I work on establishing a relationship with a good SA.

Not sure if you found someone you liked already, but if not, ask for Emmanuel. I highly recommend him- so helpful, not pushy at all, great taste and always goes above and beyond to get me what I’m looking for.

Anyone knows someone in Rome they could recommend?
I shop at H and am just trying to avoid being treated like I’m just there to ‘score’ a bag, if I dare to ask to try on a 24/24 after buying some RTW and a pair of expensive boots, being dressed in H and carrying a croc Kelly, you know what I mean? :sad:
Nothing wrong with ‘scoring’ your 1st bag (we’ve all been there) but you unfairly get ‘the breaks’ from an SA when you’re there with another objective in mind.

Hi ladies! I’m hoping someone on here might have a relationship & contact for a Chicago SA they’d be willing to share? I unfortunately live 3 hours away; makes it difficult to get lucky on a Birkin hunt! Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!
