He recently moved to the Atlanta boutique and I second this! Great personality and I always shop with him whenever I'm in that city.I just received excellent service from Herb in Charlotte. He was very pleasant on the phone, and shipped my shawl very quickly. I highly recommend him!!

Amine from Sevres store helped me, he was very patient and helpful,friendly too.. Not sure you even need an appt for a herbag at FSH..
Hi, I will soon be moving to Dallas from NY. I don't know any SA in Dallas highland park store. Any good SA can be refereed? I am NOT sure how Dallas store handles shoppers. I only bought in NY store before. If I want to get an offer for Kelly or Birkin bag in the future, I think I am better off to start a new relationship with SA in Dallas shop? Does the Dallas shop SA keep in touch with shoppers? Like sending emails or pictures to buyers for new items in stock? My Chanel SA in NY does that, but NOT Hermes. Just want to know ahead of time. Thank you in advance!
