There are 5 stores in London and 2 at Heathrow Airport. Generally as a new customer, the chances of being offered a B/K are quite low. Alas who the SA is really doesn't affect this. I would suggest you try the stores near you and give us a report back. Good luck!

I just left the SF Hermes 30min ago and had a great time with Arlene. I just moved to SF so o have no relationships with any of the SAs here but despite the fact that it was close to closing time, she took the time to attend to me.

I mentioned to her how I was thinking about getting the Kelly because I feel like my Birkin is too heavy/formal. We discussed my upcoming trip to Paris and she gave me great tips about shopping for H at Paris. And as I was leaving, she told me that she could get me a K if I wanted one but it's just that they need to get it approved. She told me to email her whenever to inquire about stock (the SF Hermes store is completely dry of B/K apparently).

Hi! I was wondering if anyone can refer me to a good sales associate at the Hermès Madison Avenue boutique in New York. I just bought my first Birkin in Paris, a 25 CM in Cobalt Togo with Palladium, and own a few other Hermès items, including a Lindy 26, a few enamel and leather bracelets, and many scarves. I am hoping to buy a second Birkin or possibly a Kelly, and was hoping to cultivate a relationship with an SA in New York. Thanks!

Shocked about Nicole, in Washington. She was so helpful and kind.
Have been through three Managers/Directrices at this store to date.
Will be placing a large order after Nov 8 election, does anyone have any
SA suggestions, or should I just order on H site.

Andrew at the Madison Ave Men's store was extremely helpful. I wanted to see the different colorways of C'est la fete and Imprimeur Fou Brides et Frontaux shawls. He literally brought out everything from the back stockroom and more. It was very difficult to walk away with only one shawl.

I work with Ashley in DC. I like her. She is helpful and cheerful. She never tries to push anything on me that is not right for me.

I would not place a large order on the H site. One never knows with that site. Every time i click on "purchase" i feel i am playing russian roulette!

I'd love to know this as well, though quick Google search suggests it's very very difficult to score one as a walk-in without relationship.

Does anyone know of a great SA in either Greenwich or King of Prussia? Want to establish a relationship... used to buy Hermes on Wall st (scarves, bracelets) but looking to buy that elusive birkin soon :) Thanks in advance!
