Please please PLEASE recommend a good SA in Munich. I am so fed up with going into the boutique and having any SA for over 2 years now. In the meantime I tried to order like an idiot and they always forget my requests - and I mean " forget", every time I come back and ask about my orders, any SA will run around and try to find either a piece of paper where it was written on or the item by iteself - which (surprise) never was a success.Actually in line there are 2 carees, 1 scarf, 1 kawaii bracelet, 1 belt, 1 Halzan, 1 Herbag- I literally can't do it anymore. The odds are that I am moving into francy mode next time, and believe me I am really a patient person. I can't stand it anymore, standing anywhere at the racks while tons of tourists are helped purchasing nothing. please please please help me!
I love Anthony. He is at Short Hills and really works hard to help me find what I'm looking for.Does anyone have a suggestion for Riverside, NJ or King of Prussia stores? I typically buy scarves, Clic Clacs and CDCs. Not looking for a B or K anytime soon. Used to shop at Short Hills but my SA left and I have not gotten the warm and fuzzes from any of the SA's there.
I was helped by a lady called Karine 3 years ago and she was lovely. Hope she is still there now though.

I was at the Munich boutique on Maximilianstrasse in May. I found several lovely pieces, and was helped by an absolute doll of an SA. Long blond hair. Quite young. I will find her card for you, or at least get her name from my receipt. She made me feel like I was the only client in the boutique. So generous with her time and attention. I know you would be thrilled to work with her. She helped me with a couple of silks downstairs, then followed me upstairs to shoes.

I found her! I put her name in my phone: Ana from Uzbekistan. We chatted for a long while over a cup of coffee. She speaks many languages (I think she said seven!)
Happy Hermes shopping!
Try John, Joey, or Lisa. They're friendly people.Any updated recs for SAs in Dallas (the search is turning up recs from 2014 and older)? I'm planning to make first visit to the physical store in the next week or two. I've only made purchases on-line in the past. I'm excited!
Does anyone have any recommendations for the Atlanta or Charlotte boutiques? I just moved to the south recently!
Atlanta: Sung Choe: incredibly warm, knowledgeable, energetic, and a real people person. Loved working with her.
