Tomeko is awesome at the Atlanta store. Kim is the manager there. I've found the staff to be generally warm and welcoming!

If anyone is interested in the Toronto store, my go-to's are James or Shirley!!

Does anyone have any recommendations for the Atlanta or Charlotte boutiques? I just moved to the south recently!

Jackie is very warm and welcoming at Hermes in Miami Design District. It was my first time at the new location and she was very sincere and genuinely kind.

I heard that the Charlotte boutique is closing pretty soon.
